Juratyrant vs Australovenator, Triceratops vs Carcharodontosaurus, Eoabelisaurus vs Lythronax, and/or Daspletosaurus vs Mapusaurus(lower estimates of 10-11 meters and 3-4 tons for Mapusaurus).
Good fight, I was rooting for Edmarka.
That would be a great fight. *The T. rex doesn't look where he's going and steps on Compy* lol
Ah, another twist, the bigger one didn't win. Albertosaurus had more motive to win.
@Gojira, yes, you have claimed it first!
@MR. Happy yah, but some people still might find it far-fetched.
This sounds good. Can I be the proof reader for Chapter 1?
Considering the year it takes place in, not too much.
Thank you! I hope the dino-human thing was TOO far-fetched, though...
Nice start.
Well how 'bout that, a soft-hearted T-rex. Ain't that a twist to the story.
Okay, I wasn't the only one. How about a compy vs a T-rex?
Great fight!
(p.s. the troodon was hilarious)
Haha, Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus vs Spinosaurus Moraccanus for a suggestion.
The tongue scene was good.
It gave Terrance a headache, and the shooter (don't want to give too much away) managed to escape him.
Thats true though. Bullets would hardly do anything at all except piss it off. But did you like the tongue scene? Just wondering. However, I agree, it woukd give them a headache or a tiny bee-sting sore (maybe) but thats about it.
Yeah. I've got a scene in TS:JP where Terrance takes a .50 cal to the head and the only reason it gave him a headache was because it was between the eyes inside 20 feet.
Ah. Yep. I figured that it would just surprise him, like a sudden push on your knee makes you fall. But thats all it would really do. Im quite proud of the tongue scene too.
When you said that the shot to the knee surprised the Reaper and he fell.
Like I said bullets wouldn't really do much to a Rex. I mean think of the comparitive size. So I agree. And what surprise part are you referring to?
Ive had to copy and paste images. I cant get to a page with just the pic. :/
I did like it, yes.
I'd imagine that a .338 Lapua wouldn't even slow a T-Rex down, but the surprise part, nice idea, I could see that happening.
Thats true, i was mixing them up. Thanks for the info. But yep. Thats the speech. Did you like this chapter? I try to make them as realistic as possible.
Wow, that was good!
There was a twist to the fight, and that my friend, that was genious.
I knew it was familiar.
Bolt action is simply more reliable and easier to maintain than semi. Accuracy is all in the barrel, trigger, and shooter (provided all the screws are tight).
For example, say I have two .50 cal sniper rifles. One is bolt, one is semi. They both have 32" heavy barrels. They both have bipods (that also helps accuracy), and both have 2 pound trigger pulls. The wind is minimal, and I'm shooting at 400 yards (very close range for a .50). They would both get hole through hole accuracy with the same shooter (I've been informed by my neighbour that I could be a S.W.A.T sniper, her son is a cop), and the difference in the group size would be so little it wouldn't matter.
Keep in mind, snipers hit 98% of the shots they take. The longest confirmed sniper kill was something like 1500 yards with a McMillan Tac 50 (or Accuracy International AS50) bolt action sniper rifle. The conditions were perfect for a long range shot (little wind, warm temperature, etc.). Most of the time, you don't get to take a 1500 yard shot, but 1 mile seems to be the standard .50 cal range, and the Barrett M82A1 (a semi auto) has achieved that before (6 or 7 rounds at around a mile, no misses).
Bolt action actually may not have to do with power, but i believe it does have to do with accuracy. I could be wrong. But I agree they look good. Btw, the speech I based it off of was from Pacific Rim.

Concavenator and Ichthyovenator.
Don't you think that's kinda funny?
I don't have any requests, but I can help with the images.
First, you copy the link to the image (only the image, nothing else), and then you go to the box where you type. Where you see formats, there should be a chainlink icon in the same row. There will be a picture to the right of it of a mountain looking thing. Click that. Next, paste the link into the top box and enter the proportions.
I love bolt action. My .22 is a Savage TRR-SR with a Tasco 6-24x42 AO scope. It is tactical, and with the exception of a bipod, looks like a much bigger gun.
The action has nothing to do with power and accuracy. Power is in the round (a .50 BMG does the same damage wether it's out of a semi or bolt), and accuacy is in the barrel and shooter. With .50 BMG, the Semis actually have lower recoil due to the gas operated chambering system. Bolt action is more reliable, and if you ask me, feels more badass and bolt action rifles look better.
I was hoping the Tyrannotitan would win.
Sure is. I always thought it was really good, and wasn't that ugly at all. But people seem to hate the look of the rifle just because of the bolt action, but thats what gives such power and accuracy.
I agree with almost every word in your statement Mr.Happy. It's nice to know a lot of Team Rex (and Team Spino) don't make the dinosaur they're representing really Overpowering. Believe me, I've seen a lot of crap about Rex vs. Spino.
I always imagined it as a Savage M-110
Well let's not try to get him mad again...
The speech sound familiar, but I can't place it right now.
Good Chapter.
Of course I'm the one to ask this question: What kind rifle?
Nice fight. i was rooting for Masuapaurs though. Excuse me for my spelling.
