Naturally I was rooting for Rex. Nice job.
Yeah, I've heard of this. I currently have them under the carcharodontosaurs on my site, but I certainly consider it a possibility that they are tyrannosaurs. Dryptosaurus(a primitive tyrannosaur) strongly resembles the megaraptors.
Yes. They were fine at first, now down right annoying and pointless.
(And Mr.Happy [up there] I did see what you did there. It was rather amusing.)
Fun Fact: The Rex in San Fransico was actually a refrenceo the original 1925 The Lost World film where a "Brontosaurus" goes rampaging through London.
Yah, hopefully they stopped...
Interesting. reminds me of the part in the first book of when Muldoon throws a rant at Hammond of how they should have gotten better guns for the park, and then all they had was a pistol and a few bazookas against the dinosaurs.
My thoughts:
How
the
heck
do
you
draw
so
darn
good.
I try to post it here, but Copy and Paste betrayed me.
I'm with Sci-fi on this one.
Sure as hell is interesting and plausible, not to mention cool.
Yes, Raptor, sadly there's 13. The last about 6 or so were pointless. I also enjoyed hour after hour in my room with a launfry basket full of dinosaurs.
A litre of diesel for 30 meters, that's it? The Queen Elizabeth (a cruise ship) goes through a gallon of diese. For every 6 inches it moves.
i was actually rooting for Ankylosaurus, but still amazing Fight.
and also you know that only 2 maus was made in the world, but it was so big, and it was really a fuel eater, from a National geographic show the " NAZI Megastructure " they said that a maus can spend 1 liter of Diesel every 30 Meters, that's pretty wasteful Tanks, and no body will make another tank, that size again, also i going to make a replica of Gustav Gun at next Chapter, but it belong to the Allies, our Team.
I made it light, so it can support the Tanks Speed of 30 Km/hours.
Good job, I was rooting for Rex. I'd say Rex wins for the simple reason that the first Rex did nothing but come as a slight annoyance to the Ankylosaurus. That's just me though.
Nice fight. I was rooting for the Tyrannosaurs.
I find very hard to believe that a 40-45ft long, 16-16.5ft. tall animal would grow as large as 14 tons. I also find it hard to believe a Tyrannosaurus gained 10 pounds a day.
I do believe that a Tyrannosaurus could've gotten to 8.5 tons, and maybe 9, but 14 tons is too large of a number for me. I there was a t-rex that was 45ft and 14 tons, imagine how slow it would be. It would be obese. For that short a height, and that short a leng, it would be one pudgy, slow dinosaur.

And I too believe that a 20 ton spino way too high, 11-14 tons sounds more reasonable.
Or you'd end up with this...

Now that I think about it, aren't there LITERALLY 13 Land Before Time movies?
thanks guys! today is velociraptor vs Syntarsus...should be great ;)
I was semi-rooting for Carno, but didnt really mind either outcome. This was a great fight!
I liked it! I was rooting for Troodon, but still. Great fight!
Wasn't really rooting for either, but nice fight.
Cool. I was rooting for Proceratosaurus.
The Land Before Time was huge for me. I loved those movies, but still, Super Mario started it for me. I actually lost interest for a few years, but then I discovered this site, and since then, I don't give a damn if my friends think I'm stupid for liking dinosaurs (and by my friends, I mean the asshole that hangs out with the same people as me).
I'm considering a career in Paleontology, but (always a but) I've been informed by my neighbour (her son is a police officer) that I have a shot at being a sniper. See what I did there? With having a shot at being a sniper?
Woops...I forgot to add a couple more things in the discussion. Looks like I'll be editting some more.
Good fight, I was rooting for Proceratosaurus as well.
Nice fight. I was rooting for Proceratosaurus.
The Maus was somewhere along the lines of 200 tons if I remember correctly. Most Panzers were upwards of 20 tons, and the Tigers were pigger then that. 7 tons for a tank isn't very impressive, but an 88mm cannon is pretty big.
Good fight. I was expecting Carno to win, but for some reason, I was rooting for Baryonyx.
I second that, Smaug - For me it started with Land before Time, then I went to the natural history museum in DC when I was like 4 or 5. Soon after I was hooked on the Jurassic Parks, and I have like 50-something dinosaur toys and figurines.
I'm also considering a career in paleontology, but I could also go the architecture route.
I can't remember it that well, but I think that it all started with me seeing the DVD for Dinosaur Planet (the episode with the Daspletosaurus) in a store. My parents bought it and I watched it and then I fell in love with dinosaurs.
