I'd personally have to say Chris and DinoFights did a good job of inspiring me.  Chris was the First person to follow me, So, That was something. Dinofights ended up fixing my entire series, I owe a lot to him.

I don't know if I inspired anyone... Sure, I probably have, But I don't think I'll ever know if I truly inspired someone... Or at least recently...

Inspiration can lead to great things. Wonderful things. Sometimes, it can also lead to bad things.

CARNOSAUR - What a fun topic! Hmm...I honestly believe that each of you has influenced me in a multitude of ways! I find so much enjoyment in speaking with each individual that will take the time to engage in discourse with me - and there is so much to take away from each indvidual engagement! As this is the case, I will have to say that I have been positively influenced by each of you and am thankful for what you have provided me by way of knowledge and understanding when it comes to interactions with others! Hmm... To be honest now that I think about it no one here really influenced me to come or do what I have done...

I mean I was inspired to write my first stories of Raptor-401 (Which I actually don't like at all, in reality.) Because people like Mr. Happy and RexFan were getting appreciation for their writing so I did my own. Got some pretty good replies.

Then somewhere in time I just started influencing myself. I started writing jokes and posting them, and I actually ended influencing people myself.

In the end, you all, even the ones that have left us, still influence me to stay here on the forum. And I hope you guys continue to do so. :P

As for the use of CGI being overly used, that's not entirely surprising, though I am a huge advocate of animatronics and pracitcal effects over the use of CGI.

As for the topic itself, the model looks good.

It is espoused by some researchers that Brachiosaurus could not lift its neck vertically as shown in so many illustrations to eat high due to their long forelimbs and inclined back and that they instead would rear onto their hind legs using their tail as additional support as shown in the first JP (Which also showed their necks lifted vertically). However; research by Heinrich Mallison et al suggests that their unusual body shape and limb length ratio made them ill suited for rearing!

or a single tyrannosaurus. I would find it, watch it hatch, and it could imitate whatever i do. I would teach it how to fight, and even hand signals and voice commands. This is a good story starter...

I understand that only Chrichton himself could write a great novel, but it'd be an interesting idea for maybe JW to mention. Still, thanks for the feedback! :)

I'm a bit disappointed that Khan essentially confirmed that CGI is being leaned on more than in the prequels.  I'll still like the movie, but there are still times when animatronics work a lot better than CGI.

Nice...and the Mosasaurus is very impressive!

There was one scene in the Superbowl trailer I thought may have used an animatronic. When Owen is hiding under that truck and the I-Rex roars next to him. Cool to know it mignt have been. Nice find :)

A sheet like this made it's way around a few weeks before the Superbowl and said the Batman v Superman trailer was going to premire. Hopefully this one is right, but maybe we shouldn't get our hopes up.

I think Crichton left that as a Plot point for a reason, So he could return to it if he ever wanted to make a third one.

But, I believe it was the fact that JP3 Came out so quickly that Colin didn't write a third book. Deciding to sit in on the Scripting instead. 

It wouldn't be the same if they made a Third and it wasn't by Crichton... It'd be... Weird... 

Oh God... Why did they make a 7th movie?

Good fight! 

This fight is always tricky mainly because they were so equally matched. The results were most likely 50/50 every time. They negated all of each other's weapons and defenses. It was like an evolutionary rock-paper-scissors.

Thank you for writing this. Triceratops probably won most fights it was in so this is extremly likely.

GIGADINO - WOW! That was a very fun and engaging battle! I very much enjoyed the way in which the animals inflicted catastrophic damage upon one another! Thank you so much for producing this excellent fight! :)

Nice job, was rooting for Rex though. 

I say Trike won because he not only scored the first kill, he likely killed off the chicks as well (you never specified if she had a mate, so safe to assume no). 

I did something like that, yes. It was Nublar still though.

i would not train ankylosaurs, even though they are my favorite, because they are, (major confession)a bit dumb and might randomly attack. That, plus the weight and armor might be a bit tough to handle. I would train a pack of five utahraptors, three giganotosauruses, and a tyrannosaurus or two. An allosaurus/yangchuanosaurus wouldn't hurt either (actually, HEY OW OW GO BAD YANG!!! HALP!!!! Okay, they would hurt, but with proper training, they won't be hurting me). The yangchuanosaurus male would be yang and the female would be yin. Also a trio of carnotaurus, just for the hell of it.

Didn't Mr.Happy do a Series on this some time ago?

It had hammond going around Jurassic world doing his business, There was a Part where Muldoons wife visited his grave on the island, The Rex got out at one point...

Anyone remember that?

Fun fact: actual dinosaurs didn't look like the ones in the Jurassic Park franchise. Not a single one of them.

It sounds like an interesting idea, but I think the only person who should be able to write a legit story along those lines should be Michael Crichton himself, and he unfortunately passed away.

It takes a special person and a lot of time and effort (not to mention research) in order to write a novel like the original Jurassic Park and The Lost World.  Crichton had to research so much it took him at least 4 years to do, and even before JP was finished, he was getting calls for obtaining film rights.
