Considering the stigma attached to changing the the word after "Jurassic" that the producers portrayed with Jurassic "World", I agree that Jurassic Age would go with the flow quite nicely.
I mean it's like a ladder of evolution, starting from the smallest: "Park", then the next: "World", and perhaps to set a new era in the franchise or represent the tone of the movie, "Age".
Well, it could be called "Jurassic Thumb"
To be honest it sounds nice so I wouldn't be surprised if that's what it's called.
The Jurassic World forums are currently featuring a lull in new topics and replies because the interest levels in the next movie have not even begun yet. We have learned here on Scified that after the release of a movie the forum participation drops quite considerably, picking up again when a new installment usually begins production or when the first trailer is released.
Proof of this can be found over at our Alien Covenant forums, previously known as the Prometheus forums, which have been reignited with many discussions daily with the new movie soon to be released.
Each forum has its dramas, and the Jurassic World forum is no exception. But to think that the forum is experiencing a lull in activity because of some past drama is incredulous - The only members of any forum community that react to any drama that escalates therein are those responsible for the aforementioned drama - as this OP clearly proves. The rest of the community at large; those not involved in said drama don't care about said drama. To keep drama to a minimum we ask in our forum rules that members debate the opinion, not the individual making the opinion, and to avoid engaging such drama inducing members where possible.

It kinda looks alienish lol
Eh, I like the ending that made it to the final film. That roar is the franchise's most iconic moment
Mr. Levine portrayed a very believable and terrifying maniac in Silence of the Lambs! I still, to this day, feel chills when I watch his performance. I am quite curious what his role in Jurassic World Two will be. :)
This is an amazing news. I am looking forward to the updates and eagerly waiting to read them soon.

I always thought it was flawed...
Surely a Birds DNA would be better...
In in 100 years i think Science could if they wanted to break rules and play God.... actually Manipulate the Genes and DNA of Birds and create something close to a Dinosaur
Here's some more information on the creature https://www.cnet.com/news/alien-et-insect-amber-oregon-state-university-george-poinar/
V-3 RAPTOR - How very compelling! Thank you so very much for providing this information! :)
I done a bit of research and apparently it looked so alien it was given its own scientific order called Aethiocarenodea!
That sounds really cool! I hope JW2 gets this kind of vibe, a thriller where people run through the jungle for their lives.
CHRIS - This is quite fascinating! Thank you so very much for taking the time to share this with us! :)
BIG DAVE - Indeed! I happen to think this little fellow somewhat resembles a Praying Mantis to some degree! However, you are quite correct: this "alien" insect does share similarities with a wingless stonefly! :)
This entire sequence happened in Telltales Jurassic Park game, although it was with different characters.
Very interesting.
Then again it does look a bit like a Wingless Stonefly...
Not so sure about Alien lol
Insects have been around for Many Millions of years, many are extinct the insect in that amber looks like it may be closely related to a degree to the Protodiplatyidae/Eodermaptera Family.
May be a new order/species related though..
Therefore similar to Earwig.. especially Nymph stage
Unaware of the storm that ravaged the northwest coasts of Isla Sorna and Isla Muerta, Tigerfang caught the scent of a herd of dryosauruses just north of where he was standing. He carefully made his way into the tallest underbrush as he stalk the relatively peaceful dryosaurs. The Dryosaurs were just grazing on the nearby ferns plants while their sentries we constantly on the look out.
Thunder could be heard echoing in the sky above, rain lightly fell upon the forest before it came down hard. The Dryosauruses were alarmed, Tigerfang took his chance to attack, the Dryosaurus sentries groaned and chirped as the Velociraptor leaped out from his hiding spot and tackled one of the sentries. With a quick bite to the dryosaurus'es neck, the other dryosauruses quickly stamped away looking for shelter from the rain and predators.
The blood's scent was masked by the rain fortunately allowing Tigerfang some peace but something else was drawn to the carnage. A frightened stegosaurus that was spooked by the thunderstorm came trotting by and Tigerfang was in his direct path.
I'm back! Daily Life of a Spinosaurus....maybe, I'll try and make time for that. Been playing Fallout & Mass Effect series these past two months
Right? The next 2 years are going to rock!
Can't wait, honestly for me I'm more excited for the next couple years than this year (in terms of movies). I get Jurassic World 2 and Pacific Rim 2 next year, Godzilla King of the Monsters (which I cannot wait for) in 2019, and finally Godzilla vs Kong in 2020.
Hi! Iam CosmicPanda & i luv aquatic dinosaurs!

So he passed away in the movie I'm guessing? yeah, I didn't get too much from the scene. I'll have to re watch and see if they mention anything else. Thank you Chris!
But they did mention him in Jurassic World, they had a dedicated monument created in his honor.
Generally it's a dll computer file and based on the particular name of the dll file you might have complications identifying what could have triggered the MSVCR100.DLL error message.
I'm skeptical so far. I'm sure this approach can work, I just wish we had more to work with, official syopsis-wise.
I'd be alright if they do go in this direction.
Ahaha yeaaa that was pretty funny xD Especially seeing how in the Original the Main Cast had an exceptionally hard time DRIVING away from Mama T lol
Welcome to the forums! Those sound like some awesome tattoos, is the Velociraptor based on the ones from Jurassic Park?

Favourite Dinosaur: Is there a wrong answer to this? I don't think there is one I don't like. But if I have to choose a favorite it has always been the Velociraptor!
Favourite JP Movie: If you put any in a player I will watch it and love every second of it.
Something Really Interesting About yourself: I play roller derby and my derby name is Toxic Avenge-Her. I love pretty much every Dinosaur out there and always have. I have a tattoo on my leg that looks like raptor scratches and a tattoo on my side of a Velociraptor.
Just wrote a short chapter as a setup for the next chapter.
