The official title for the upcoming Jurassic World sequel has been teased by Daniella Pineda. The actress shared a photo of a welcome card she received from the Jurassic World crew, but she used her thumb to cover what can only be the film's official title.
Here's the photo which was discovered and shared to Twitter:
You can see Daniella is using her thumb to cover whatever word comes after Jurassic on the welcome note. If we are to assume the print is the same, then the word following Jurassic should be about 3 letters long, maximum 4 without running off the edges of the card.
Considering the plot direction the Jurassic World sequel is taking, as well as the quote Colin Trevorrow used as reference to Jurassic World 2's plot (Mankind and Dinosaurs being thrown back into the mix together), our best guess is that the official title for the next Jurassic installment will be JURASSIC AGE.
The title corresponds to everything we know so far, it's simple and fits the placement within this welcome card. Although we had assumed Universal would stick with the Jurassic World title for branding and licensing purposes, it's very likely they will have a different Jurassic title variant for each of the planned sequels (of which there will be 2).
Of course, Jurassic Age is our best guess and has not been confirmed by any means. But very few alternatives would work given the photo above.
So, what do you think the title will be? Are you a fan of Jurassic Age? Sound off below and let us know your thoughts!
