x_paden_x, I'm not sure you fully appreciate the way that evolution works if you think that within 23 generations we'd see substantial changes in appearance in a population of raptors. I think the male/female angle makes the most sense for explaining the quills. All the animals we saw in JP1 were female (or else were at least born female). If all the raptors we saw in JP2 were also female, this would explain the differences when we finally see the raptors in JP3. My guess as to the coloration would be that different samples (batches, so to speak) of DNA may have produced different results and they were kept separate (to keep the animals looking homogeneous for the park). Coloration simply wouldn't change so rapidly in any natural evolution. If what we see in JP3 is the result of population mixing (assuming there are at least two populations, each with different coloring), that could explain the third population in a more natural way - or it could simply also be the result of a different DNA batch.

I totally need him to be in JP4 because when i first saw JP2 i was disappointed because he's my favorite character (humans).

I really enjoyed JP3 like how in JP3 the raptors seem to have the biggest part and i didn't really enjoy JP2 but I do like the cliff part in JP2. In JP1 it sets up the entire series and i really like that and if no one like the first one they might as well not like any one of the JP movies because its what started it all. So JP3 and JP1 are my favorites.

Totally, Giga is is one of my top 2 meat-eating dinos, and I was disappointed when i first watched JP3 that they didn't have them in it. I know T rex looks like Giga but come on Giga is awesome.

The lines. What I think was funny is how the guy said "Don't go in the long grass" as he runs into the long grass.

I mean like more of a mated pair, but to take down something big, they might form a temporary alience, like the one Dinofights had in his Akillobator vs Dienonychus.

I said would list one from each movie. Those were funny though. I will include an image or two if I find one tomorrow.

What about Dennis nedry's line " see the stick, see it, ya, stick is stupid." Or Ellie sattler's line "women inherit the earth."and my sister always thought it funny when in tlw, the compys ate the man whose name I can't remember, or the seen with the line "don't go into the long grass" with the raptors eating people and all.

I have some other friends (not so good grades, not that bright) that would love to have a Jurassic Park Marathon though. I was talking to one of my friends about actually doing that this summer.

I guess not. Well, we all have our likes and dislikes, and I respect people's opinions, but my friend is crazy.

For example, I have Spino at 56 ft long and 7 tons. I think it was light-weight for it's overall size. Aegyptosaurus was about 15 tons. Therefore, about twice the weight. Like I said, that's just me.

Depends on who you ask really. We all have different thoughts and opinions.

It's even better if you watch it in slow-mo. I was sick one day and decided to do that. All you do is pause, then hit fast-forward.

Actually, it might equal the weight. Aegyptosaurus on average was 50 feet and around 14 tons, and an average adult Spinosaurus was 56-60 feet and 11 tons at least. The columbian mammoth, something undeniably smaller, reached 11 tons. By that comparison, I think Spino could reach 12 tons or more when maxed out somewhere around 60 feet. I made him read the back of the case and he didn't seem that impressed. I had to MAKE him look at it.

I'm betting Spino wins in the next. It's 10 feet longer, its taller, it weighs just a few tons less.

He should at least watch the first one. It may be sci-fi, but it is just a classic overall.

I have a friend that hasn't seen any of them too. He doesn't seem to care for the movies though. I'm the kind who is smart, and loves the science fiction dinosaur movies, and my friend is the type who is good in school and enjoys T.V. shows (mostly cartoons). He doesn't seem to care much for anything Sci-Fie.

It was fun. Got to stay up late, eat junk-food, and watch some great movies, haha. One of my friends had never seen any of the movies. It was a real eye-opener for him.
