3.) My favorite scene so far consists of the various shots of the Indominus hatching, as the atmosphere portrayed was very frightening and creepy!
I think it was good, It wasn't like some films where it's LITTERALLY ADVERTISED EVERYWHERE, and becomes a nusscaince, but is advertised enough that you remember its coming out.
Plus, they've got a huge variety of TV spots which, Takes a lot of TV hours of watching to see the same one twice.
I haven't seen any of the physical marketing yet. But, I do very much love how they've Included a Magnatude of Companies for outside advertising,
Example, The Dairy Queen JW commerical, Litterally, It just came on while I was typing this.
This outsourcing and Sponsoring Is quite good If you ask me.
Its sad to see it wrap up, But, Hey, We've got another sequel down the road, Plus some lesser advertising over the next few weeks.
What AlphaDino said. Though if I am correct, I-Rex was originally planned to be kept a secret but it got leaked so Trevorrow decided it was okay to market upon it.
I went to Target today and it was excellent how they were marketing the movies.
Blue,Charlie,Echo,Delta
Owen Grady (Chris Pratt)
Vic Hoskins (Vincent D'Onofrio)
Henry Wu (BD Wong)
Barry (Omar Sy)
Favorite scene so far is the Indominus Hatching!
That sounds like a good plan! Though I wouldn't want to not eat for that long...
Thanks for reminding me to get the snacks early.
I am also watching Jurassic World on the 11th at 7 pm, except I am in PT time, so by the time I enter the movie theater to watch it, you guys will already see it already. Anywho, to begin, I will first try the Jurassic World Blizzard probably on the 9th or 10th just to see how it tastes.
Since I am not a big fanatic of t-shirts, I don't have a JP shirt, so I'll just go watch the movie without any JP shirt, just a normal one. At around 1 pm on the 11th, I will eat something small, like a sandwhich and then not eat till I watch the film.
Then, at 4-5 pm, we will be leaving the house to go to the movie theaters since it may be incredibly crowded like the G14 premier and because I like getting some candies from the dulceria which sometimes I eat at the movie theaters.
Finally, we will stay there in line, enter the theater, get the nachos, popcorn and sodas quickly before there is a GIANT line and then enjoy. I will force myself to not drink nor eat till at least the theater gets darkened.
Oh god I love Carls Jr. lol
*High fives*
Well after i get off work, gonna change get together with mybros, eat some carls jr, then head to the theatre to see the movie :D
@Alphadino65- That sounds fun! I plan to possibly eat at a delicious fast-food restaurant before the movie. (It's in a mall and the theatre is literally less than 50 feet away.)
I think they did a good job with it, but not in the way I initially expected. I figured that when they started their marketing campaign, they'd keep Indominus Rex mostly secret and show Rexy first because I.rex is so new and terrifying. But the fact that they did the opposite (while still leaving some parts out about I.rex) means that there's somethign really big that's going to happen in JW b/w the two that we can't even imagine right now.
I have watched all 3 movies this weekend, so maybe I'll see them again the days leading up to the premiere. I know that I'll probably workout the day whenever I see it, eat good food, and go see it with friends. Nothing too special...
Yeah. I can't wait until the film comes out! only 9 more days for me.
Exactly what I was thinking. Kind of like the ending to Godzilla 2014 but a bit more extended.
I listened to it. It sounds like they think she is dead but then she stands up and starts walking off into the jungle, and at the point of the climax in the music she roars. That would be AMAZING to see.
This brings much more confidence to me that the movie will be very good and not dissapoint. Excited to see what's in store!
1) Blue, Delta, Echo and Charlie
2) Chris Pratt (Owen Grady), Bruce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing), Iffran Khan (Simon Masrani) and Nick Robinson (Zach Mitchell)
3) My favourite scene is when the young employee falls into the velociraptor pen and Owen goes and helps him by telling Blue and the others to stand down. I think the raptor squad is soo cool
Well, this was interesting.
You have Gallimimus, why need Archaeornithomimus? What if the park made the Stegoceratops?
1. - Blue, Echo, Delta, Charlie
2 - Owen Grady: Chris Pratt
Claire Dearing: Bryce Dallas Howard
Gray Mitchell: Ty Skipson
Zach Mitchell: Nick Robinson
Simon Masrani: Irrfan Kahn
3 - I loved the scene of Claire luring out Rexy from her paddock, my anticipation to see the whole thing is overwhelming.
@Sci-Fi King- Yes, I find it very important to do that, especially to not drink until the movie starts.
Really, we're (technically) seeing it the same time!?
*High fives*
Well I hope you can get your whole family to do that! And I actually had the Dairy Queen ice cream, it's too sweet for me and they didn't even have the cups...
And 3000 post for me!!! Yay! My special will definitely come soon.
Echo, Charlie, Delta, Blue
Owen Grady - Chris Pratt
Claire Dearing - Bryce Dallas Howard
Gray Mitchell - Ty Simpkins
Zach Mitchell - Nick Robinson
My favorite scene so far is a tie for the Raptor Squad scene and the scene where Claire is in some building and the door lifts and she has a flare in her hand and looks terrified toward camera! Really great tones!
1) Blue, Charlie, Echo and Delta.
2) Owen Grady (Chris Pratt), Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), Simon Masrani (Iffran Khan) and Gray Mitchell (Ty Simpkins).
3) So far, It's the shot when Owen and Claire run out and see the chopper heading toward the Aviary. So epic!
(I'm @jurassicword on twitter)
*Writes down notes* Don't eat/drink for two hours.
TECHNICALLY we're seeing it at the same time, but I have EST, so I'm seeing it in 3D at 8:00.
My plans? Not sure if my dad's getting my whole family JW shirts to wear to the film, but I'm going to play the Prehistoric kingdom Tech Demo all day on the 10th AND THEN the 11th up until about 7:00 PM. This will be entertinment while avoiding spoilers. Then, I'll buy some snacks and watch the film.
I'm planning on getting one of those Dairy Queen JW cups.
OHMYGOSH I ACTUALLY GOT A TOPIC FEATURED THANKS MODS OMGOMGOMG!!!
Well, it's been updated! :) Next two days are planned out, so start from day 6.
Great videos. The detailing looks incredible!
Thanks NOAH! :)
@Lone- The Lost World is actually my personal favorite of the 3, I realised that earlier this year, actually! I actually always wanted to see that movie...
Yes, me and my friend will (hopefully) enjoy it! Thanks! I hope you enjoy it, aswell, when it comes to the UK.
Ooh that's exciting and interesting news JAKEG99.
Thank you and welcome to SCIFIED! :)
I've been re-acquanting myself with The Lost World: Jurassic Park, as I've seen it far less than JP and JP III. It's actually much better than I remember!
So I will be watching all 3 movies again before JW hits UK shores.
I've even been watching that old JP forerunner from 1960, The Lost World, it's dated, but still enjoyable! I love lots of old movies! :)
I hope you and your friends have a great time at the premiere 401. So hope it will be awesome!
I really really really really really really really want Nolan to direct the sequel.
@Tyrannwright- Goog, good. The 3rd is not as great, definitely.
@Something Real- That's an interesting idea, looking at the possible descendants of dinosaurs and getting in the zoo environment for a movie about a dinosaur "zoo."
@Lord Vader- Same here, but I see you have no really special plans...
@Jay King- I sorta of think there's a 50-50 chance of it being awesome or crap. However, they're planning to make another whole new trilogy, so all we can do is hope taht they don't dissapoint.
@Gojira2K- That's also good.
