I saw them on TV. They were great. Just wished that dinosaur documentary series would last longer (dinosaur revolution, 4 episodes)

T.Rex would win most of the time (it is possible for T.Rex to have a bad day e.g. JP3). I was actually kind of surprised reading Dinosaur.Fanatic's comment. I have never actually seen anyone who is team Spino, but still agrees T.Rex would win because most of the time, Spino fans are so heavily biased in Spino's favour, that it is comedy more then anything. I am on Team Rex, but I do like Spino. On other discussions on different sites, people said Spino's sail was an advantage, and others said that because Spino had long arms, it could rip T.Rex's head off before T.Rex got close enough (LOL). Anyway, I do wish that there where more Spino fans like Dinosaur.Fanatic, looking at this statistically, not just by which one they like better. T.Rex would likely win due to superior bite force, overall strength, and toughness.

Reasons being is that his knowledge from a young age , in the books, and in the film would be significant for a path of a story. For example him becoming a student paeleontologist under grants wing like billy did in JP3! It would make sense based on Tims character, n could be good to have him as maybe a lead role or even one of . I dont think ariana (lex) would reprise her role due to her being a professional artist nower days. But u never know, she did state in an interview that she hasnt seen a script so couldnt tell us. As for special effects, i have a feeling the new film wont use many if ANY of stan winstons genius machines ( RIP stan ,legend) But this may give the designers more freedom like king kong where the battle scene with kong n the 3 rexes was absolute quality, and genius! As long as the green screen is better cos im done with naff background effects . !!! Would u guys agree, with the latter if anything ?

split screen isn't usefull just start the game and when you get the menu just give the disc to the other player (really works, i tried)

add the baryonyx, sea dinosaurs(mosasaurus) more attractions, gas jeeps, oviraptors, troodon, other ancient creatures from before the dinosaurs(dimitrodon, brontoscorpio,), the eupakeria(first dinosaur)

As some of you know I am on team Spino. It was a really difficult decision to make considering I LOVE t-rex and am amazed at the ferocity of t-rex in jurassic park. I agree that it is improbable that Rex would lose to Spino in a fight, because T-rex has the skull, weight, and speed of a killer, while spino mainly ate fish and is lighter and more delicate with that sail-fin. My favorite dinosaur is probably dilophosaurus.

Yes it was very good. I got it on ebay for only $10 and it works perfect. Just in case anyone wanted to get it on DVD ;)

Ive always wanted a remake of JP (the original). more intense, longer, and following the novel more closely. This would obviously render an "R" rating. But in terms of creating a new series like they are trying to do w/ JP4, they would never make it rated "R". The amount of money they can make with a "PG-13" rating as opposed to "R" is astronomical. You genuinely lose out on a huge part of the market by getting an R rating, especially when this franchise has built a dual market with older adults who read the novels and the young audience who just love dinosaurs. As for the plot, i think they need to try something new rather than the search and rescue, which, arguably, all three JP's incorporated. You can't have the plot be setting up the park again and having it fail [i]again[/i]. I like the idea of aquatic dinos though. Screw the people who think you should only incorporate the "original" set of dinos (t-rex, raptors, etc.)

Not too bad. I like the news paper idea. "Billionaire hammond dies" the headline reads, malcom looks at the paper, a concearned expression on his face. " its finally caught up with ya , ay buddy " he says outloud to himself. Malcom and hammond grew closer over the years after the incident in san diego, malcom knew it wasnt his doing but his nephews that caused havock in the city centre. And with his old age felt sorry for him. "I wonder if the others know about this "? Malcome walks over to the phone and calls grant . " err hello, is that err alan grant?..... Its err ur old nemisis here ian"! "Hi malcom i take it u heard the news" " yh, poor guy was getting on, just wondering if u were , u no , going to the funeral ??" " well maybe would be a good way to catch up over all these years, share some camp fire storys i guess" said grant " haha u got that right " said malcom! " see u soon then, bye" Malcom puts down the phone, the expression happy on his face. For the rest of that day he thought what would happen to hammonds millions, and whether the grand kids would inherret it all. Soon he was about to find out..............

Ok here 's my idea i have more but i wanted to keep it short and simple: After 20 years a research team from "Ingen" finally retrieved the shaving creme "can" that had the DNA "samples" from other dinosaurs that were left behind by Dennis found in Isla Nublar's in Costa Rica. John Hammond is dead, and his children inherited his business. Mean while Dr. grant is at Louisiana University as a paleontologist, when interrupted by a former friend "Dr. Ian Malcolm.'' They're both disbelief at a picture they see and read on the newspaper about "Ingen" team recover Dino DNA but need other files for further analysis to complete and recreate live dinosaurs for real life testing. Dr. Grant and Malcolm set a team with old friends from the past to reunite and retrieve missing data that "Ingen" is after. But soon Dr. Grant and his team go on an adventure with T-Rex, Velociraptor, Dilophosaurus and other Unknown dinosaurs. After retrieving the missing files, they're are destroyed by Dr. Grant. A record of an earthquake in Costa Rica hits and shifts the earth axis, were it causes most of the population including dinosaurs to be extinct. The only remains were baby Dino eggs hatching near a tree trunk.

@mr.happy9097 then this might be right up your alley...LOL its actually a comic book. also i do hope its a prequel (much like star wars) id love to know what happend before hand @jhawkins1987 i sure hope so also if you havent read the comic jp redemption GO READ IT it explains a lot and is a VERY good storyline

To Jhawkins1987 I agree with the movie being ruined after the having the Rex bite and push Spino around for 10 seconds (didn't even seem to be hurt that bad), and I don't care if the Rex wasn't full grown, it was almost as big as Spino, but I guess they needed to have a new predator, and now that T.Rex has had his break, he should win in JPIV. I think JPIV should be like the rest at PG-13. There has been a few scenes where there was blood: Bearded guy on waterfall (JP2) Eddie getting ripped in half (maybe more gore than anything, JP2) Gallimimus getting mauled (if you don't know which JP this is from, you didn't have a childhood, JP1) I forget if there was anymore (haven't seen the movies in a while)

x_paden_x I haven't read the books (books aren't my thing), but I may purchase a copy if I see one (would be one of the few novels I voluntarily read). A prequel of the series would be just as cool as adding new dinosaurs and having cool dino battles.

Acrocanthosaurus would also make a good superpredator. At 36+ feet long and 3 to 4 tons, it's a pretty good size. A species of abelisaur would be interesting to. Not as a superpredator, but something like Tarascosaurus or Aucosaurus would be interesting. Or you could have 2 Majungatholus, the cannibal dino, fighting. There are too many options, haha

@[b]Korpen[/b] definately. I just don't think Rex was primarily a scavenger. A bonus feature on the Jurassic Park III dvd shows a paleontologist consultant for the movie that was under the impression that t-rex was only a scavenger, which is why when Grant and the Kirby's stumble upon him in the forest, Rex is eating a carcass, and loses the fight to a spinosaurus, because they wanted to portray Spino as the hunter. That said, I definately don't think t-rex would pass up a free meal, but most evidence suggests he was a hunter.

I can't wait to see JP3D! I like the jeeps best and Tyrannosaurus is my favorite. The raptors are cool too

While blue whales can reahc 100 feet long, they usually weigh about 85 to 115 tons. If, I do stress if, Liopleurodon reached 150 tons in weight, then he is heavier, and therefore bigger. But who knows, I could be wrong. I think Suchomimus would be a better choice than Baryonyx for one main reason, it's bigger. Baryonyx= 32 feet long and 2.5 tons, Suchomimus=36 feet long and 3 tons. Either would be cool though.

Tyrannosaurus Rex was the biggest and baddest of the meat eaters he has a bone crushing bite and 5 feet 1.2 m long teeth and he could eat up to 500 pounds 230 kg of meat and bones in one single bite and he was roughly 7 to 10 tons and he has the largest bones of any meat eater he will all we,s be the king of the meat eaters

I would love to see: 1. Allosaurus 2. Baryonx/suchomimus 3. Giganotosaurus 4. Carchodontosaurus 5. Daspletosaurus And btw liopleurdon wasnt bigger than the blue whale. The blue whale is so far the largest living mammal that ever lived. It can reach up to 100 ft in length. But anyway i would love to see allosaurs in jurassic park maybe it can fight a t rex. Or maybe baryonx can fight a suchomimus in a river battle Who knows we can only make assumptions until the poit is revealed

I still think T-rex was the largest, I base this off of a skeleton discovered near Fort Peck in Montana, but I agree with the fact that there were plenty of other massive killers. BTW, Gregory Erikson of Florida University concluded that T-rex has a maximum bite force of between 3 and 9 tons per square inch. Just sayin, haha

BTW, I know Allosaurus was smaller than a rex. I just meant he would make an interesting canidate. A pack of Albertosaurus would also be cool. I would love to see a Liopleurodon in the movie. With a possible adult size of 85 feet and 150 tons, it's even bigger than a blue whale. Of course, he would be limited to the water, but that could work out too.

t rex was a scavenger and a hunter it wouldn't pass up a free meal if it got one, it also hunted its prey but when game was low it would scavenge other dead dinos

The only fossil ever of a spinosaurus was destroyed in the second world war. i think the fossil consisted of a jawbone, some of those long backbones from the sail, some ribs and a bit of a claw. Extremely rare. I wonder how hard it was to find a mosquito in a stone of amber, carrying spino dna. Dinosaur.Fanatic@ dont you think the trex could have been a little bit of both? I hate all that speculation that T-Rex was actually a scavenger. Come on!! That massive skull and huge teeth had to be useful for something other than eating a three-day old rotten carcass (not to be gross, haha!).

Gigo wasnt bigger than spino, possibly more robust in mass but spino was about 3m longer , expected up to 16 m long . To me length dont mean shit its about the girth :p hahaha Kiddin!!!! But in dino terms i dont like ther term "bigger" being used when technically its mainly down to tail length tht determins this. At the end of the day a giraffe is longer than an elephant, what one would u say is bigger! I wouldnt be votin giraffe put it that way. Its even believed carcharodontosaurus was a big dude too with no recognition ! Very similar to giga, relatives to a certain degree. Both dumb asses tho compared to rexy boy. So hell still kick all their arses!!!!! :) mwahahah
