More dinosaurs. Have like a difficulty, Easy (Both Genders, with managable birth rate), Normal (Both Genders, with controlled Birth Rate), Hard (Both Genders, with uncontrolled birth rate), then Hardcore (All Dinosaurs female, need to manually grow more dinosaurs). Have a Create-A-Saur option to add your own JP-inspired Dinosaur also a create a vistor option. JP dinosaurs have special abilities (Dilophosaurus spitting, Raptors chattering, Carnotaurus doing the chameleon (biological cloaking),Etc.) A Better Site B mode, like having a character to roam about on the island like Ian, Eddy, Nick, and Sarah did in lost world. More Interactions with the dinosaurs and vistors. Better Map/island generator. Two Maps based on Isla Sorna and Isla Nublar. Divide the Dinosaurs into different species or subspecies: Example Velociraptor mongoliensis (the original Velociraptor), Velociraptor antirrhopus nublarensis (JP, TLW) , and Velociraptor antirrhopus sornaensis (JP3). Have Sexual Dimorphism for the Dinosaurs. Tyrannosaurus and Spinosaurus battles more balanced. Spinosaurus as a fish eater. More Mod friendly

Just got my copy of this game for PC not 3 days ago. Really enjoy playing it. Haven't messed around with mods yet, but do plan to. From right now, for a second one I'd say more dinosaur limits, better graphics, bigger maps and better construction. Also, some additions of bird cages for Pteranodons would be cool to have as well.

How about a top secret and restricted area where dangerous experiments are conducted in order to create hybrids (Ok I know that is not very hardocre but anyway). but I agree with with interesting ideas as the difficulty levels, different species of raptors, the spinosaurus piscivorous and cages for pteranodons. regards

I would like it a lot if the visitors center, for one, wasn't a helipad, it was THE visitors center. Second of all, bigger islands and roads for the safari; sometimes, I quit playing the game because I wanted my island to be like the movie and my safari tour, too. Third thing, make it have REALLY good graphics, but make it SPLIT-SCREEN! I cant tell you how many times my twin brother and I wanted to play TellTales's version, which I found to have pretty childish dialogue a lot in the game. Also, I dont even think my family can afford a new Xbox 360, for system link, assuming that Every single game these day HAS to have cussing and JUST HAS to be single-player. My brother and I would save our money for Operation Genesis 2 if it didn't have cussing, it was free roam (one player manages the park and the other is a visitor; being in first person in the tour and around the park), it was especially for Xbox 360, and if it was split-screen, plus all of the other factors I listed.

well first off haveing JPOG2 on specically xbox 360 would completely annhililate it completely i just cant play an rts (zoo tycoon) version of a game off of a computer screen its just weird but yea ide liek it for both becuase some people just dont have good enough computers and with consoles you dont have to worry about graphic cards and such :) my opnion YES YES THATD BE AWSOME fora JPOG2 better graphics and ide die for a ptaranadon and not needing to have a mod for female and male dinos and to be able to breed thats liek the ultimate request is natural breeding but if anyone has a mod for jpog that does have natural breeding plz send me a link :)

1. More re-searchable objects, like radio collars and control chips that, when implanted, will FINALLY let you control the dinosaurs. 2. Dinosaur growth, starting from birth to adulthood. 3. More volatile and unpredictable environment, dinosaurs, and electricity. 4. Modernized. 5. Much more dinosaurs. 6. Other animals besides dinosaurs. 7. Choice between InGen, Biosyn, and starting your own company.

Also more specific security systems like unman drones and armoured vehicles, and weapons.

I loved this game when I was younger. I am now 14 years old, and I remember wasting my time away exploring this game. I would do freeplay mode all the time and all most never reach 5 stars ( I was 4 and 5, not very financially observant). I would love it if they make a 2. The things I would like to have in the new game are: new dinos( such as Baryonx, Apatosaurus, Compys, Deinosuchus, Pterodactyl, and Utahraptor), bigger islands, breeding, a higher limit of dinos in site b, and a pen for the Pterodactyl. This game proves that graphics aren't everything. The visitors faces are horrendus, and some of the dinos either don't have eyes or have eyes the size of basketballs.

I really loved the first game (still have it on my pc) and it would be amazing to see a sequel of it,but they really have to change some things: more dinosaurs, harder to win, more natural disasters, starter isla nublar island, limitations with stars (or no limitations?),more attractions, more Dino outbreaks, basically to sum it up MORE STUFF dinosaurs,kiosks etc. Im really hoping that they do make a second one the first one was great.

@[b]x_paden_x[/b], the idea of having an open world like that, allowing you to visit other people's parks is a great idea! I would definitely be interested in that. Especially with how huge the social aspect of gaming is now and how it's only growing, if they decide to make a [b]Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis 2[/b], this should definitely be one of its core features. Of course we could also look forward to much improved graphics, another exciting draw for a possible sequel.

add the baryonyx, sea dinosaurs(mosasaurus) more attractions, gas jeeps, oviraptors, troodon, other ancient creatures from before the dinosaurs(dimitrodon, brontoscorpio,), the eupakeria(first dinosaur)

split screen isn't usefull just start the game and when you get the menu just give the disc to the other player (really works, i tried)

I was obsessed with dinosaurs as a child I had every dinosaur movie and toy you could ever think of and usede to play and create my own fantasy Dinosaur worlds. Jurassic Park ofcoarse became a very huge part of my childhood (My favorite Dinosaur toy ever was my Chaos Effect Velociraptoryx) and honestly is still very important to me. I remember seeing the second movie in theaters at the midnight showing when I was only six in 1997, that is in the top list of the greatest moments of my life. This game has to be made. Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis is not only the best Jurassic Park game it's the best tycoon style Dinosaur game as well. A sequel would be pure genious assuming they give it a healthy budget. As far as the other Jurassic Park games I am impartial they all have felt fairly lackluster compared to JPOG. I think a new game would be cool, say a survival game with a premise similar to farcry. Re-iterating the events of the first movie, you would play as a top security guard for the people invited to the first tour of Jurassic Park. At the beginning you would get an excellent Jeep tour of the free-roaming island that show cases many of the Dino-Enclosures and Dinosaurs you will have to revisit later in the game. There would more than likely be more than one Jeep route to cover all of the Enclosures and would likely be a few other attractions (Like the bird cage in JP3) the first hour or so of the game would be peaceful you get to see a few dinosaurs, get an Idea of the Islands layout. Obviously at some point things go awry and you are forced to fight for survival with precious Rare guns and ammo (Found on Dead guards or in security offices), or crafted weapons, and often be forced to flee from the Dinosaurs. As the game progresses you must bring the island systems back online and try to kill or return Dinosaurs back to there enclosures and interact with various people good, bad or otherwise that may have there own intentions. I think this would be an amazing game that would definitely satisfy people looking for the perfect Jurassic Park game experience.

Could be a good idea having interactions between dinosaurs. I mean, if you have a Triceratops escaping and threatening visitors, you could use a controlled stampede with other dinosaurs to manage the Triceratops, rather than chasing him in a helicopter. Other example could be having some domesticated dinosaurs to manage others, like a kind of modern pastors

I loved JPOG. if they were to make a new one it would definitely have better graphics...and with todays graphic engine tech we could see some wonderful things. For JPOG2 I would like to see these: More dinosours Gender change like the movie Breeding (perhaps tiered breeding to get the different kinds of the same dinosaur? Example: first 5 generations are the JP1 raptors, 5+ have a chance to spawn JP2 raptors and generation 15+ have a chance to spawn JP3 raptors from the JP2 parents. Easier programming too. You have the three models and link them to the same script for behavior and stuff like that instead of making separate scripts for what is basically the same creature with three designs. An underwater pen and the aerial cages. site B could be you as a 1st person visitor to the island with the pc providing a randomly generated 'park' or free form. 1st person visitor opens up other options such as DLC for events on site b such as Dino vs Player 1st person style. Or player as the dinosaur hunting other dinos and people. I remember a jurassic park game for ps2 where you were the dinosaurs. I would love that again. More realistic disease spread *touch, couch, shared kill* Dinosaur interaction *chirrp chirrrp puurrrrrrr growl* Visitor Center be a building to enter through the menu where you can monitor dinosaurs, order more created, assign teams to research, hire construction crews for fences, monitor dino vitals etc....as a bonus, be able to arrange various things in it with unlockable items. And if you make people able to visit other parks, the first place they should come to is your customized visitor center. (less to load, gives players a glance at your stuff, and lets them decide if they want to explore the park(load the whole thing) I could keep going, but this is a start

oh yeah, meant to add this. Allow the players a way to design and mod like in the original JPOG. that game is what got me interested in game design and game art. I made skins for the dinos and seeing them in game was amazing! I keep JPOG installed just to play with it because DDS+photoshop is win

Hmm I loved the first game and I would love to see a second game. I would like to see more dinosaurs in the game and a larger limit then 60. Also the ability to bred them does sound like a great addition and even hybriding to make your own dinosaurs that you can name. Allowing you to also invite other people to come see your park through online play would be amazing and a way to show your skill off to more then people then you little brother.

Many of these have already been stated. -Better graphics -Different times of day (day, night, dawn, and dusk) -Hotels and such to accommodate guests and restaurants not kiosks -All things are upgradable from the security effectiveness to the quality of bed sheets in the hotels. -A brochure like map, it looks like you are looking at the island brochure and it updates with what you build -River cruise attraction -Larger herbivores eat off of trees and bushes and small carnivores can eat bugs -More habitat decorations -Charaters from the film have more interaction almost like choice dialogue that can lead to certain events (John hammond may give you more money or henry wu wil ask you if he can try a new dna sequence that can only be unlocked through special dialogue, etc.) -Instead of grant at the dig sites have juanito -Statues, lamp posts, and flower beds are just a few to name off -The hanging viewing enclosure in aviaries like in the book -Kids attractions such as dino petting zoo (Herbivores only of course!) -Lethal gene for when dinosaurs get out of hand -Large scale world (Like 1/4 - 1/6 of actual size of the islands that can be edited -Island specific dinosaurs unless shipped over. -Testing island of site B where no tourists were allowed but functioned like site A. -3 different sections to the construction menu: Tourist attractions, dino enclosures, etc./Research labs, test enclosures, hatcheries, etc./Security rooms, gun towers, helipads, etc. -More dinosaurs and experimental dinosaurs that you can mes with DNA. -Flying enclosures for flying dinos -Under water enclosures -Docks and new means of people geting to the island, the visitor center is not the place. Have the good old Jurassic Park jeeps with the guys that had the 90's park ranger getup and mustaches come pick them up and take them to the visitor center. Docks can also be used to ship new materials to the test island, transport dinos and equipment, etc. -Have security npcs, researchers, and other staff npcs walking around designated areas -Have security zones so that only certain staff members can get in such as the research labs -More mod accessible -Better sounds -Better gore (It is defaulted to be turned on, but can be switched in options.) -Make the dinosaurs do more interesting things in the habitats. just walking around and the occassional eating of a cow is okay but also add for example the rare situation where a raptor tests the fences, kids or dumb adults get too close to the enclosures and gets sneezed on my a brachiosaurus. -Improved safari system. -Improved foilage for dinos to hide in during a red alert so it makes it more realistic. (Example you send the security guys in, flashes of gunfire, guys coe out with maybe a couple missing with dinos on their tail. Just an example. -Play as a dino maybe? -So many other things but I would have to have better decription skills. Just some ideas.

Tons of dinosaurs, lots of sea creatures, some aviaries, more options, a lot more buildings, more dinosaurs, more realistic dinosaurs, choice between island and mainland, tons of disaster possibility, ie electrical, dinosaurical, natural. Much more control over how the natural environment looks like.

im in love with JP:OG & all i really want sooo bad in JPOG2 is for all the Brachiosaurus to have their classic S shape neck back like how it was shown in the 1rst movie not like in JP:OG. The following list is what i wanna see in JP:OG2! 1. to able to choose which skin we want for every male or female Velociraptors from all JP movies! 2. lots of different behavior for all the herbavores & carnivores or for different locations that every dino is familier of where for example to see two different Dilophos where one is playing & jumping around while the other is making voices or just chasing around a compsognathus! lol 3. lots of modern & prehistoric trees, flowers, big & small leaves, lakes, waterfalls next to trees, rocks & lots of mountains, different rivers & etc! 4. A reboot for Operation Genesis would be pretty cool! However, I don't think game developers would have much interest though. The only reason I say that is because the most popular game genres are First Person Shooters and Free Roaming. That doesn't mean It won't happen though It was probably the highest selling Jurassic Park game, and new Jurassic Park games will probably come out after the next movie!

Ba3660 › you can get a higher limit of dinosaurs in the park, just edit a game file in the data section of jpog called constant open it with notepad, scroll down until you see some text saying MaxDinoPopulation = 60 and change it to MaxDinoPopulation = 5000; or whatever you want, you can basically change anything in the game from the constant file.

JPOG is definately my favorite jurassic park game. From what I've seen, most people have good and similar ideas to what I'd like to see in JPOG2 (if there ever is one). Realistic graphics, much bigger island, more dinos, etc... Also i think it'd be cool to be able to be a visitor in your park, so for site b, it's almost like a free roam map except you made the island and the dinos on it. But generally, most ppl have the same ideas

I would like to see the same thing, but maybe better graphics and some new faces such as; *Amargasaurus *Apatosaurus *Baryonyx *Carnotaurus *Compsognathus *Iguanodon *Pachyrhinosaurus *Troodon *Tuojiangosaurus *Yutyrannus It wold be very interesting to see some new gameplay mechanics such as Floods or blackouts. but In all honesty, I don't want to see a lot of changes so it feels like I'm still play JPOG, some mad scientist RPG to some levels.

Imagine JPOG 2 with Oculus Rift support... If people here have seen the Oculus Rift. Think of the possibilitys.

I love this game, but it could use a sequel. A submarine section with Elasmosaurus and Itchthyasaurus would be awesome. A pteranadon cage could be nice. I agree with the raptor sub-species idea. Hotels on the island would be really cool because 10 real seconds is one day, 30 is a month, 360 is a full year. Updated cars would be great. Like, a jeep for the rangers, or you could be a ranger on foot. Better graphics. More equal battles between dinos. AND WAY WAY MORE DINOSAURS. About 50 would be cool. There should not be a dino limit. Different genders would be a great update for site B.

That's a pretty cool idea. It would be really cool if the time was adjustable (real time, 4x time, 10x time, and 1/2 time for example).

The original game and the franchise at large has a large fan base, and in light of the new movie and wild popularity of such games, it really makes sense to produce new and improved sequel.

The sequel should build upon the first by adding more buildings and more controls. It should also retain cheat functions or a sandbox mode so that people can take game functions and their creativity to the max. If there is one thing I would emphasize, it's details. Make it detailed and functional.

Dinosaur intelligence should be reviewed. In the original, it seemed like sometimes the dinosaurs couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. When you put feeders and water in an enclosure, dinos shouldn't die of malnutrition and dehydration. Additionally, limits to the number of species you can raise should be removed.

The vehicle control system was decent at the time, but it could be really done well now. A garage with various vehicles would be fun. Security, fire rescue, vet, etc.. It would be interesting to have a top-down build and management mode and also a character free roam/mission mode. So a player would have a character which could interact with vehicles, buildings, and visitors/employees in order to complete missions.

An enterance and Visitor Center placeable. It would just be better like that. Also, their should be placeable monorails for transport, along with a Gyrosphere attraction to fit in with Jurassic World. I believe the twenty species in JP:OG should return, along with these-
