Woe that Yutyrannus picture is scary looking...
How disturbing...
But on the other hand, great as always!

@Dinosaur.Fanatic I was actually planning on cutting the injury part out, but I completely forgot about it.

JPOG is definately my favorite jurassic park game. From what I've seen, most people have good and similar ideas to what I'd like to see in JPOG2 (if there ever is one). Realistic graphics, much bigger island, more dinos, etc... Also i think it'd be cool to be able to be a visitor in your park, so for site b, it's almost like a free roam map except you made the island and the dinos on it. But generally, most ppl have the same ideas

I loved the fight. I was rooting for Ceratosaurus the whole way. I think it's a dinosaur that's seriously underrated. When people think of Jurassic super predators, they automatically think Allosaurus or Torvosaurus for example. Ceratosaurus deserves attention as well. Good job.

Second pic looks like this Skorpiovenator.

Abelisaurs are weird. Some are little, a few are big, almost all of them have short faces and arms.
But Masiakasaurus is especially weird. Lookin like a tiny Suchomimus.... Or horror mouth :D
ReplyLotus3Dinosaurs ForumFinal Fight of Round 1: Daspletosaurus vs TarascosaurusAug 26, 2013
Great fight! I was rooting for Daspleto the whole time. ;)

I like the part where they're both struggling to get up with their tiny arms rofl
The gore was kind of cool too }:}D>
ReplyNo longer activeDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 26, 2013
I agree. Both were about 40-43 feet, had devastating bites (Sauro had slice and hatchet chop, Torvo had crush and slice at the same time, both were about the same weight (Torvo probably weighed less than a ton more), had medium length with long claws, powerful legs and lived in the same area... Sauro vs Torvo is a better debate than Giganoto vs Tyranno!
Maybe it doesn't have the star power though.
What about Dacentrurus vs T. rex?
ReplyDinosaur.FanaticDinosaurs ForumFirst Fight of Round 2: Carnotaurus vs CeratosaurusAug 26, 2013
This was one of, if not, the best written and choreographed fight so far! However, I do not agree with the winner.
With an injury to the calf, Cerato should not have maintained such prowess and agility in a fight against a predator who, one, remained (mostly) invisible for half the fight, and two, kicked Cerato hard on his injured leg. A calf deformation such as this should have rendered Cerato mostly unable to walk for the rest of the fight, and therefore not nearly as agile. When it fell on Carno, it would not have been able to lift itself back up.

This'll be hard to top.

domesticated vs wild would definitely be awesome! will be interesting to see how Trevorrow will approach the open park idea if that is the direction he chooses
ReplyDinoFightsDinosaurs ForumFirst Fight of Round 2: Carnotaurus vs CeratosaurusAug 26, 2013
Possibly.
Abelisaurs had a pretty wide variation.
Some were speedy secondary predators with weak bites

Some were slow apex predators of isolated islands

Some were hyper powerful super predators that challenged Giganotosaurus' spot as Southern King

Some were tiny fish eaters with long arms and strange teeth

Some were master scavengers

Torvosaurus vs Saurophaganax would be a good debate.
ReplyMakaveli7Dinosaurs ForumFirst Fight of Round 2: Carnotaurus vs CeratosaurusAug 26, 2013
It also has small teeth, so I imagine it chased down small prey with its very high speed.
ReplyDinoFightsDinosaurs ForumFirst Fight of Round 2: Carnotaurus vs CeratosaurusAug 26, 2013
Thanks!
And yes, it is the same Cerato and Carno.
I did hear Carnotaurus had a very weak bite but could snap its jaws shut very fast and had very powerful neck, body and leg muscles.
ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumFirst Fight of Round 2: Carnotaurus vs CeratosaurusAug 26, 2013
Okay, first of all, amazing. I really liked now you used the Carno from before, and I think you also used the same Cerato. I just can't remember. I agree with your winner. It was overall a deadlier bite and longer arms. I don't honk that Carnotaurus had a meger bite force of only 150-200, that would barely penetrate the skin, and wouldn't kill a cow at all.

An open world FPS/RPG on Isla Nublar. Similar to Far Cry 3.
With usable vehicles, crafting (making knife out of Raptor claw example) and the ability to visit all the old movie locations.
Perhaps the human enemies are either Human or Biosyn mercenaries.

Suchosqurus lived in England, I just found out about it, and it could be Baryonyx.

It's hard to say with so little evidence for Horror Mouth.
Allosaurus vs Suchomimus perhaps
ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
Tarbo vs horror mouth maybe. It would be really cool.
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
Hey, it's your choice.
DinoFights, I'd suggest Tarbosaurus, but that'd be very close to Rex vs Spino, haha
ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
I was talking about not a real fight, but just a discussion, and I really back up dinofanatic on the idea that they have an equal chance if winning.
ReplyDinoFightsDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
What about a new vs debate, like.... Hmmm.... Adult Suchomimus vs something. Idk. It takes me a while to come up with fights.
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
A Rex vs Spino? I don't think so. It's overdone already. To be honest, I'm a little tired of the Rex vs Spino fights/debates. They just spark controversy no matter what. I'm always up for a good fight, but not another Rex vs Spino. Not for a little while at least.
ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
I must say, sometimes these discussions change into something completly different than what it was originally, most of them are rex vs Spino. Speaking of which, should I make one?
ReplyDinoFightsDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
Strange, isn't it?
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
So my discussion about mini-dinosaurs became a debate about the philosophy of time and time travel? haha
ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumThe dwarf dinosaurs of Transylvania - and their turkey-sized 'apex predator'Aug 25, 2013
I don't think time travel is possible anymore. There is no time, it is just something we humans made up to try and understand something. To keep track of events, but the universe never started with time, it only happened when humans came up with it.

I would to. Kryptops was 2 tons, but it was lighter for an Abelisaur. I will have to check.
