You already know I agree with your list, so all I can say of it, is that it's very nice. ;)

Everything I've seen states carcharodontosaur. But I don't know for sure. What paper was it?

Cartosaurus because it looks very fierce look at those horn and we need scary things in the movie

Nope, the papaer has stated that it was a Megaraptoran.

I'd prefer Troodon above Carnotaurus for all reason possible except of one: I hope Troodon (if included, of course), won't steal Velociraptor place, because that's just unacceptable.

Great list, I agree with all of them, also because they'ro many you could choose of!

Also, you found very cool pictures! ;)

DinoSteve93Dinosaurs ForumCustom Jurassic Park

Mine would have a lot of small carnivores and herbivores, followed by few large Carnivores, such as Rex, Spino, Giga and Carcha.

The security for the last ones would be of course, very well maintained, and formed by: a small, thick Plexiglass fence, followed by a 20ft wide and 15ft deep moat. Behind that would stay the main fence, a classic 24ft tall electric fence, renforced with cement.

For the other dinosaurs, a 20ft electric fence, secured by a wood fence for the visitors, would be enough.

Tours: Of course, there would be a river cruise along the park, a long stone path covered by many banches, where to rest, an underground seen of all dinosaurs, like in modern large aquariums, and finally, a car tour in all herbivores fences. People will get to see dinosaurs in this:

Buildings: I'd had some entrance, of course, as well as kiosks, restaurants, hotels and museums. I'd had as well, an aquatic facility and an AViary.

Prices and Souvenirs: I don't get into that, too similar to your's.

So that would be my Park in a few words.

Hmm, where to begin. Okay, first, tons of dinosawith icing with eachother. A dinosaur battle arena, an enclosed train tour of the park, sudo underground viewing areas like the ones in jpog, other than that, I mostly agree with MrHappy. Max security, I mean, there is backup power generator in the raptor exhibits, no one it going to get to that and upturn off the power. Many, many staff, all carrying around high powered tranq and paid well to ensure loyalty. (The American way, flash some money and nothing ever happened)

At least, you receive comments from the people who does count ;) (only kidding, haha).

Well, I have noticed that too, and it's strange indeed. I also have noticed the last few days some users (I won't be naming) haven't commented almost at all. Well, I guess people have a real life too ;)

Cool. Never heard of it, but it seems cool to me. Actually, I only saw the picture: but who made it (Julio Lacerda on DA) didn't want to share its name ;). How I know? It's my cover pic :D

Thanks. It's a little discouraging to only have two comments on two or three different chapters, and both from the same two people. I mean seriously, what's with that?

Great list, but I think Z-tyrannus should be first, even I didnt know, and still don't know, much about it.

Das was the T-rex before T-rex.

I'm actually pretty happy with this list. I think it's a good line up and a nice variety of predatory dinosaurs.

Delta, you can always ask me about Z-Tyrannus. Tyrannosaurs are my speciality ;)

Good. I'll be waiting for the next chapter :)

Obviously the predators would be spaced out and max security. Imagine if some random gjy were to go to you with some papers and say "Congradulations, you now own a dinosaur park, have fun." That would be kinda weird, and then the most epic thing ever.

I was thinking about having Tarbosaurus up there, but I chose Daspletosaurus simply because I like it more, haha ;)

Rex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumCustom Jurassic Park

I'd have a similar park to yours. I'd keep the most aggressive predators far from the other dinosaurs(T-rex and Spino for example would be a good distance from each other) and all predators would be under max security.

Good list, don't know why, but I was expecting Tarbosaurus to be number 1.

Rex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumCommon Megalosaur sense

3-4.5 tons. I have hard time seeing Torvosaurus/Edmarka getting to be the 6-8 ton beast some say it was. All the large theropods from that time were about 2-4 tons in weight, so why would there be any major difference between them and Edmarka/Torvosaurus(major difference equals 1+ tons)?

Reply
Rex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumA giant Megaraptoran from North American Cenomanian

It seems to have lived at roughly the same time as Acrocanthosaurus. 30 ft, 2 ton juvenile. Hmm, an adult was probably 36 ft(11 meters) or so and 3-4 tons. About the same size as Acro. N. America just got another giant meat eater alongside Acrocanthosaurus, Allosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, etc.

Troodon. It's "creepy" raptor like, intelligent, nocturnal, and wouldn't steal Rex's thunder

MrHappy, I really can't wait for the fight series. Now I'm taking in consideration making a fight series too. Maybe after TDD (the dwarf dragon for who doesn't know) I'll start posting fights. However I plan to do mine with marine and flying reptiles.

Nothing sure though. Depends on how hard you want it XD.

Now, to the topic: again, looking forward ;)

I'm With DinoSteve about Edmarka being synonymous with Torvosaurus. As for weight I would put him at around 4.5 Tons.
