Same with me I wasn't going to mention it but since you did I will admit it took me 2 minutes after reading my name to remember I was part of the team.

thanks guys. This matchup was odd goin in....seemed like it would have a clear winner in Suchomimus but that's just not how writing it out turned out..

Fossil GeekJurassic World ForumDiabolus Rex, her true identity?

Does anybody think that she's was origionally a Tarbosaurus, an Albertosaurus, or a Daspletosaurus? I've seen the picture and I see a somewhat of a similarity, to a species of Tyranosauriod, Mainly by judging by the tooth shape. I soubt she's been spliced with T-rex DNA, because, I would assume, that if she were, there would be more of a resemblance to T-rex. Just an observation.

I was hoping Sucho would win, too. A great fight anyways.

I'd say about 9.5/10

CarnosaurDinosaurs ForumThe big three, Tyrannosaurus X, and Spino size revised

Everything i've read puts Carchy larger overall. Even though the African skull Sereno unearthed was slightly exaggerated, Carcharodontosaurus still has an overall larger estimated TBW With Giga weighing 6.5 - 7 tons; Carchar weighing in around 7 - 9 tons.

I'm 99% sure that you knew exactly where that link lead, Raptor. Jokes on you once again, my Internet is so slow that I saw what it was before the audio started playing.

Something RealJurassic World ForumWhat Raptor Type Will Be In The Park?

JOHN MORRISON - Hmm, this is a very compelling topic! For starters, I'd have to say that my favorite raptor iteration is undoubtedly the original - that from Jurassic Park. There was something menacing and subtly sinister about those beasties that made me shudder - something the later raptors (in my opinion) lacked. There was a feeling of burgeoning intelligence with the Velociraptors in Jurassic Park - a sense that they were steadily comprehending more and more as they went along. They used their cunning and slmost chimp-intelligence to terrorize the humans unfortunate enough to cross their paths! In the Lost World, the raptors were reduced to an obstacle - one of which stared dumbly as it was acrobatically kicked through a slatted roof by a young woman who couldn't have weighed more than 90lbs (but not before giving a commical - and rather goofy - look of shock before it was booted). I'm female and weigh 105lbs, and I very much doubt I'd have the force to send a 350lb animal hurtling through a barrier in a similar fashion. Then again, I'm no gymnist! In Jurassic Park III, the raptors reclaimed some of their former menace, but never quite (in my opinion) achieved the same feeling of dread. There was something about the way in which the whole "talking to one another" was presented that made it seem forced and somewhat silly. When the dinosaurs were turning to one-another and mouthing their chirps, squeaks, and caws in the same fashion that you and I might have a chat over a cup of tea, it seems...off. In Jurassic Park, when the two raptors that have entered the kitchen after Lex and Tim "communicate", there's a cold, animalistic, yet extremely intelligent undertone to the whole exchange! Thank you very much for having presented this topic! It's extremely fun! :)

GOJIRA2K - Hahaha! That was bloody fantastic! I'd have likely screamed and swatted him on the nose with my purse - then apologized and asked him where he purchased the suit! Thank you ever so much for sharing this with us! :)

Something RealJurassic World ForumMosasaur design?

EVAN123 - I greatly enjoy the design you presented! It has a very natural and organic feel to it that makes it believable. I certainly hope that the Mosasaur in Jurassic World has an exciting design! Thank you for sharing this with us! :)
