True enough for if there are T-rexes with movement based vision and Dilophosaurs with neck frills then anything can happen. You have a good point, and I do respect your opinion on this. Plus the third movie was already full of holes so who really knows.
Actually I wonder if as more were cloned on Site B before the incident,with inproving genetic accuracy, once they escaped and eventually breed with each other in the wild, the ones with more complete dromaeosaur DNA out competed the rest or at least moved to the spot on the island were JP3 occured, to avoid competition.
That would explain why the ones in the first two movies looked more reptilian and acted more violently towards each other, as compaired to the JP3 raptors, due to their more reptilian DNA.

I put T-rex at 40-43 ft. long, 8.5 (maybe 8.7) tons, and 16-17 ft. tall.
Giganotosaurus at 44-47ft. long, 7.8-8.3 tons, and 18-19 ft. tall.
Spinosaurus at 60 ft. long, 11-12 (maybe 12.5) tons, and 27-28 ft. tall (including sail).

I agree with what Acro said, African dogs themselves are much smaller then the hyena. However, the Hyena isn't that much smaller then the lion, and confrontations between the two are very frequent.
As for your honey badger anology, they are mainly acting in self defense - self preservation. I've noted those little animals are hyper aggressive, yet they do not go actively seeking confrontation with the larger carnivorous mammals. Nor do they challenge them for a zebra carcass.
I Believe what we have evidence of here, with the Tyrannosaur and Allosaur bite marks on the fossils, is evidence of predation, or just a territorial confrontation. Perhaps even part of a mating ritual, for we have no idea how violent these animals were in their breeding season.
Reptiles, crocodiles and lizards in particular, can be rather violent during mating season. They bite down on the back of their partners neck, assuring a better grip on their mate. I believe this is some of what we are seeing in the fossils, but not really being able to tell gender at this point, that's just a theory.

We hope not to limit any creativity you want to put into your own park. We will balance the game so you can do whatever you want and but still with some challenges and rewards. I can ensure you that all the players and fans will have a say how they think it should be, no worries about that! We strive to make different environments beside “tropical”, who doesn’t love a woolen mammoth. I really like the idea about growing plants selling them etc. I will for sure bring the idea to the rest of the team!

Eh, it tops DD9097MS Round 1 Fight 4, which I am trying to delete from memory.
Not a lot of action, but it was still quite enjoyable. I liked it, it's definitely an interesting new concept.
