Dynamosaurus Imperiosus/ Raptorexxx 700
MemberCompsognathusApr-26-2014 5:26 AMTyrannosaurus size:
Most of us know that the largest confirmed size of tyrannosaurus is 12.3 m and 9.1 tons but there are alleged larger speciemens out there and actually There has been a debate going on about F.rex and C.rex and what they are(i already did a conversation on this before but i found out something new).one thing that proved that they weren't a different species is that the teeth fragments there were defintely tyrannosaur because they were rounded, something only present in tyrannosaurs. It was puzzling as it also has more teeth less robust bones until i found out about Tyrannosaurus X incase you didn't know tyrannosaurus X is basically tyrannosaurus version 2.0 it has more teeth, it is less robust, with longer legs, and is lighter. The largest confirmed size for it is MOR 008 since it has different proportions from Sue (FMNH PR2081) and even though it has a smaller skull 134 cm it measures around 12.57 m while sue with the 144 cm skull measures around 12.3 m. With the little remains of F.rex i found out was that F.rex's (MOR 1126) proportions more closely resemble MOr 008's which puts the giant around 14.12 to 14.3 M !!! yet it's less robust build and lighter body make it weigh around 8.3-9.2tons while C.rex's (MOR 1152) proportions are closer to Sue's which put it around 13.5-13.76 m and 10.2-11.03 tons!!!! There is also UCMP 137538 but it is far too fragmentary to be estimated,if the stats are right it might actually be a 14.85-15.13 m long 15-16 ton Tyrannosaurus REX but i don't really take these estimations seriously.
Here are My final Estimations for Tyrannosaurus
Tyrannosaurus X
max confirmed length: 12.57 m ( MOR 008 )
max confirmed weight: 7.4 tons ( MOR 008 )
max estimated length: 14.12 m ( MOR 1126 )
max estimated weight: 8.6-9.2 tons
Tyrannosaurus Rex
max confirmed length: 12.3 m ( FMNH PR2081)
max confirmed weight: 9.1 tons ( FMNH PR2081)
max estimated length: 13.76 m (MOR 1152 )
max estimated weight: 10.2 - 11.03 tons (MOR 1152)
Stats
Tyrannosaurus X
confirmed speed: 25-32 mph
Estimated speed: 36-38.8 mph
confirmed bite force: 10000 lbs
estimated bite force: 14000 lbs
Tyrannosaurus Rex
confirmed speed: 25-27 mph
Estimated speed: 31-36 mph
confirmed bite force: 12800 lbs
estimated bite force: 16000 lbs
Giganotosaurus Size:
Unlike Tyrannoaurus there is not much room for estimation with giganotosaurus but that doesn't mean it's not a giant, the holotype is almost as large as the largest confirmed tyrannosaurus at 12.3 m and 7 tons(note: same length yet lighter body ) The largest speciemen supposedly is MUCPv-95 with an estimated length of 13.2 m and a weight of around 9 tons there isn't anymore speciemens found complete enough for more estimations but alleged new material would put around 13.6- 14.4 m yet like UCMP 137538 this material is probably not to be trusted
Here are My final Estimations for Giganotosaurus
Giganotosaurus Carolinii
max confirmed length: 12.2 m ( MUCPv-Ch1)
max confirmed weight: 6.8- 7.6 tons ( MUCPv-Ch1)
max estimated length: 13.35 m ( MUCPv-95 )
max estimated weight: 8.2-9 tons( MUCPv-95 )
Stats
giganotosaurus Carolinii confirmed speed: 27-31 mph estimated speed: 34-40 mph confirmed bite force: 4000-9,700 lbs estimated bite force: 9,700-10000 lbs
Spinosaurus size:
Three words: spinosaurus is big.end of sentence. Spinosaurus is an absoultly amazing creature i have never seen a creature that looks like it's at home on both land and water i mean the creature also has 2 m high sail that makes it look like it's from a science fiction movie ohh and it is also an 18.2 m long behemoth. Yet sadly like giganotosaurus Spinosaurus remains are very fragmentary (or we are just not looking hard enough; i'm from Egypt lol) anyway the only 3 speciemens found measure between 11-18.2 m long a huge range to estimate from but anyway i like to support an average of 16 m and a max of 18.2 m.
Here are My final Estimations for Spinosaurus
Spinosaurus Aegypticus
max confirmed length: 14.3-16.5 m ( BSP 1912 VIII 19 )
max confirmed weight: 7-8.5 tons (BSP 1912 VIII 19 )
max estimated length: 17.8-18.2 m ( MSNM V4047 )
max estimated weight: 11.7-12.8 tons ( MSNM V4047 )
anyway i hope u like the topic and i am now doing some research on the famous montana dueling dinosaurs and i have some amazing things to share about them; Have a nice day :D

MemberCompsognathusApr-26-2014 9:07 AMi always thought Tyrannosaurus X was justa male Tyrannosaurus...interesting indeed though. I agree with the majority of your estimates

MemberCompsognathusApr-26-2014 1:46 PMActually Carnosaur so did I until i noticed some strange anomalies like how come there are so much females and so little males also the fact that the number of teeth is different which almost never happens with most species but didn't really start saying it is a separate species until Illeterate Scholar's Vlog about it :D

MemberCompsognathusJun-05-2014 2:52 PMNicely done Raptorexxx.
I put T-rex at 40-43 ft. long, 8.5 (maybe 8.7) tons, and 16-17 ft. tall.
Giganotosaurus at 44-47ft. long, 7.8-8.3 tons, and 18-19 ft. tall.
Spinosaurus at 60 ft. long, 11-12 (maybe 12.5) tons, and 27-28 ft. tall (including sail).
Everyone has different opions.
Youre fat, and I'm not sugarcoating it cause you'd probably eat that too.

MemberCompsognathusJun-05-2014 8:00 PMCarchar is most likely bigger then Giga..

MemberCompsognathusJun-06-2014 12:39 AMi think they are almost the same length but carchar is probably heavier
Carnosaur
MemberCompsognathusJun-06-2014 9:47 AMEverything i've read puts Carchy larger overall. Even though the African skull Sereno unearthed was slightly exaggerated, Carcharodontosaurus still has an overall larger estimated TBW With Giga weighing 6.5 - 7 tons; Carchar weighing in around 7 - 9 tons.

MemberCompsognathusJun-06-2014 10:29 PMwell... you kind of underestimate giga. i would put it at around 8 tons while Carchar at 9-9.7 tons max
Acro Rex
MemberCompsognathusJun-08-2014 12:56 AMinteresting indeed, i agree with the majority of your estimates. Not really at either extreme for any of these theropods, but some where in the middle. Good job
