MemberCompsognathusMay-29-2014 10:33 AMSo, in a recent interview Collin trevorrow stated that the abomination known as Diabolus Rex is a her, he also stated that her genome was completed using the DNA of various other organisms, this apperantly, will lead to her becoming a new mutant species with abilities far more complex and dangerous than other dinosaurs. If the DNA used to complete hers was what granted her these "talents", then what was she originally or was she anything? I may have taken what he said the wrong way and not understood it for what it was but I would love to know your opinion, thanks for reading!

MemberCompsognathusMay-29-2014 12:14 PMI think she will look like a regular dinosaur, but will have "talents" from other animals. Meaning it could still be a Carnotaurus.

MemberCompsognathusMay-29-2014 6:57 PMWhere did you get the carnotaurus idea?
I think it will have basic body stucture of a t-rex (but smaller), of course the quick color and pattern changes of skin, maybe a snake-like tail, venom ( but not fangs, that would look weird), raptor foot claw and hands/claws, rattle on the end of its tail (mybe, if it were a rattlesnake's DNA), raptor tenacity, speed, agility, and intelligence. Just my thoughts, could be wrong.
Youre fat, and I'm not sugarcoating it cause you'd probably eat that too.

MemberTyrannosaurus RexJun-01-2014 3:25 AMEVAN123 - It's definately fun to speculate on what the D-Rex's genetic lineage is! Personally, I'd greatly enjoy seeing a Carnotaurus - that'd be spectacular! :)

MemberCompsognathusJun-01-2014 9:42 PMI think, well she's a carnotaurus based from the novel
okay so here's my theory :)
patel corp trying to get their hands on a carnotaurus but end up with so many gaps in it's dna and then dr wu try to close the gap by using other dna which in this case is the raptor dna for something and t-rex dna for the small hands
but there were still missing dna gap and the raptor and t-rex dna doesn't seems to fit in
so he'll avoid using frog dna because of the first park incident and decided to do experiment with cuttlefish and snake dna (snake because she's a reptile I guess and idk about the cuttlefish :p)
turn out to be a success, but one mistake
she's able to do a perfect camouflage with her environment and no one want to see an invisible dinosaur am i right?
so since it's already cost to much to bring her to this world, it'd be a major loss for the company if they killed her right away so they decided to keep her while figuring out how people would be able to see her like in the zoo
turns out she's to dangerous because of her ability and raptor like intelligent

MemberCompsognathusJun-06-2014 12:42 PMDoes anybody think that she's was origionally a Tarbosaurus, an Albertosaurus, or a Daspletosaurus? I've seen the picture and I see a somewhat of a similarity, to a species of Tyranosauriod, Mainly by judging by the tooth shape. I soubt she's been spliced with T-rex DNA, because, I would assume, that if she were, there would be more of a resemblance to T-rex. Just an observation.
