hmm... that'd have to be austroraptor, just because how specialized in regards to morphology it is, not to mention it's huge! ~20 feet long, 700 pounds (~6.3 meters, 300 kg)

I love utahraptor,I love all dromeosaurids in general. it is tied for my second favorite dinosaur along eith allosaurus.

utahraptor is just big, muscular, powerful, quick, agile, and certainly deadly. It was the whole predator package. It is huge at 7 meters long and 1600 pounds. Now that is more then a match for a human or most other carnivores in his size range. I just live utahraptor!

Cool. My second favorite raptor is Pyroraptor(2-2.5 meters long and 100-150 pounds). Got a cool name and I loved Pod in Dinosaur Planet(same show that introduced me to Tarascosaurus, Aucasaurus, and Daspletosaurus, which are also some of my favorite dinosaurs)...

So carcharodontosaurs are included then? Ok. then I gotta go with Tyrannotitan. It's like a T.rex and a Giganotosaurus got together, had a baby, and it turned out to be hell on legs. Plus it's huge(12 meters long and 5 tons)...

Not completely sure, but Carcharodontosaurus is up there, as is Allosaurus and Saurophaganax.

Gotta say Utahraptor. Don't know why, it just is. It's big, but it's fast and agile at the same time.

What did you think of the first fight of the next set of Dinosaur Death Duels? What do you want to see battle next? :)

I kind of don't wanna see Kong as the focus. I'm more interested in the dinosaurs and seeing them get there due credit(no scenes of Kong killing off 3 V-Rexes please. Seriously? How's that possible. Oh yeah, he's the main character).

I would love a very good new turok game to come out... the last one was alright but it lack some elements the others had... Turok Evolution though its not as popular as turok 1 and 2, i thought that was done well, that with the last turoks graphics and improved ai as well as other additional stuff would be awesome. I would love an open world dinosaur hunting/survival game myself... But only if i can have a pet raptor with an rpg and machine gun lol

Something RealDinosaurs ForumSolution for the Quadrupedal Spinosaurus

CARNOSAUR - I agree whole-heartedly with your assessment. However, becoming irate over a topic as subjective as paleontology is anathema to the process of debate. Anger within the course of expounding portrays an existing agenda that can do only one thing to healthy discourse, poison it. What good does it do to show aggression in the midst of conversation? None. Such reaction serves only to break down the chain of dialogue into a meaningless quibble. Behaving in such a manner completely destroys any credibility you've established within the context of the subject in question and results in others choosing - more often than not - to avoid you in favor of more polite conversation. Thus, we move into the process of alienation and the sort of social discord that arises from its inception. If in the process of extolling a notion, one must always remember to leave room for other possibilities and place emotion firmly where it belongs, away from the established dialogue. Responding to a notion that goes against what you hold as truth with anger or resentment is the root to the vast majority of the problems that have plagued mankind since he arose upon this world. Only through introspection and intellectual honesty can we move beyond petty and menial arguments in favor of stimulating conversation that breeds new ideas and ways of thinking. To do otherwise is to stagnate - a process that undermines everything one has toiled to achieve.

Regardless of everything I've hitherto stated, I'll be the first to champion your statement that we might as well get along here! Wiser words have rarely been spoken, and I thank you ever so much for having presented them! :)

Pretty much the same thing with me, Mr. Happy... The mature me tells me that these are quite weird, but the other side of me says they're brilliant.

JRR- King Kong has always been based off the 1933 film, "King Kong" there was never a novel. There was one made after the film in the 80s, but King Kong originated from the 1933 film.

Considering the reverence for the first film, I feel that it will be the one referenced the most. Maybe at all.
