Prehistoric Face Off : Episode 1 - Jurassic rivals

Welcome to my new series, where two beasts face off!

Allosarus (diffrent-lizard) 

Lenght: 25-30 feet

Weight: 2-3 tons

Advantages: Smarter, faster and more agile.

Disadvantges: Slightly smaller, less robust and powerfull.

Weapons: Strong arms with huge claws and a very powerful hatchet like attack.

Torvosaurus (savage-lizard)

Lenght: 33 feet

Weight: 4-5 tons

Advantages: More powerful, more robust and slightly larger.

Disadvantages: Slower, less agile and much less smarter.

Weapons: Powerful arms with large claws and a strong bite.

Setting - Late Jurrasic forest

Fight:

Deep in misty forest a huge beast marks its territory; at 5 tons the male torvosaurus dominates his area. He was about to place his massive head down to rest, when he heard a large roar and a squeal. He hastily got up and ran towards the noise, he was not about to lose his territory yet. He cut through the conifers and pines and emerged through a small river, red with fresh blood. He looked towards where the blood was flowing from and saw a huge beast, an allosaurus. The allosaurus was another male, 3 tons in weight, but just as deadly. They roared and approached.

                  They circled around the dead stegosaur, avoiding its spikes and making fake lunges. But both didn’t flinch, and the torvosaurus ran forward. Screaming, he smacked the challenger with his claws and the allo went reeling back. The torvosaurus then quickly followed with a lunge, but the allosaurus side stepped and the torvosaurus went hurtling in to the forest. The allosaurus spit out blood and then followed. The torvosaurus roared in rage and charged, the allosaurus soon did the same. They collided with a thud and were in a fierce shoving match. Muffled roars came out, as they shoved each other. It didn’t last long and the torvosaurus pushed the allosaurus back and he charged again. The torvosaurus swung his massive claws, but the allosaurus saw it coming and ducked.  To the torvosaurus dismay, the allosaurus leaped forward and grabbed his arm. The torvosaurus shook in agony as his limb came off. The allosaurus spit out the mangled heap, and charged.

                 But the torvosaurus leaped out of the way and swung his massive body, hitting the allosaurus like a prehistoric battering ram. The allosaurus went flying, landing in a heap and giving out gentle roars. The torvosaurus roared and charged, but the allosaurus was too quick. He rolled out of the way and slammed his own set of claws in to the torvosaurus legs. With a might bellow, the torvosaurus lost his balance and tumbled to the ground, and skidded to a stop. For a few second the forest was silent, until the two predators locked eyes. The ground trembled as they fought to stand up. The allosaurus got up first and hastily charged, the torvosaurus tried to side step but to no avail. The agile allosaurus leaped up and chomped down on the torvosaurus skull.

                 The torvosaurus let out roars through his clenched jaws, as the allosaurus sawed through his skull. The allosaurus pieced his eye ridge, and blood started flowing down. Finally, the torvosaurus slammed his good arm in to the allosaurus who let go and let out a shriek. The torvosaurus roared, but he realized something was wrong. His eyes were covered in sticky crimson red. Blindly he swung and chomped trying desperately to catch the intruder. He shook his head, and the blood came off. His eyes adjusted and he looked around but everything was calm and still. The ground was covered in blood, however there was no allosaurus. He franticly looked around and roared in rage, suddenly a twig snapped and he looked at the noise but it was too late. The allosaurus had leaped off a stone ledged and landed on the terrified torvosaurus. The force knocked the wailing torvosaurus to the ground, his body crushed by the immense weight. He let out his final gasps for air as the allosaurus raised his head and swung. Axing the torvosaurus in a finishing move, he gave a mighty roar and ripped open the body and started feasting on the torvosaurus behead body.

Winner: Allosaurus

Smarter, more agile the allosaurus manged to use his wit and surroundings to triumph the terrifing torvosaurus.
