MemberTriceratopsJan-07-2015 9:57 PMI think I prefer Diabolus rex better just because that has been her name for so long, and it just rolls off the tongue better. But I do like Indominus rex too, it has a fierce and powerful essence to it as well, meaning "Fierce/untamable king".
It will take some time for me to get used to calling her I.rex, but whenever I say the name I picture in my head a giant Tyrannosaurus that strikes fear in all others, including other members of its species, almost like how the Black Stallion was never truly tamed and other horses feared him.

MemberCompsognathusJan-07-2015 11:38 PMI saw this on a YouTube channel earlier today, was going to post, but I didn't have time. I honestly think this sound more realistic, but I prefer D-Rex.

MemberCompsognathusJan-08-2015 7:16 PMI've got to side with Sci-Fi king on this.
D-rex not only sounds cooler, But has much better meaning behind it.
While, Indominus, In latin, Translates over to "Fierce"
OH GUYS, RUN FROM THE FIERCE KING
oooooh...
So earth shattering. I mean, T-rex is Tyrant king. But, Tyrants are something to fear. You can up the fear factor by maybe 10 % concluding that Indominus also means "Untamed".
But it is nothing.
Nothing.
Like a Demon King, Hunting you down, To reap your soul for it's collection.
I don't know what I like better, This name switch or Arlix.

MemberCompsognathusJan-11-2015 1:15 AMI still don't like the idea of the Scientists deliberately creating such a deliberately violent creature. Would have been better to have been an accident, something which perhaps hatched as a suposed Rex and grow's into something else. Looking forward to seeing it though, whatever it's called.

MemberCompsognathusJan-11-2015 9:20 PMdoes anyone else find it interesting that they label the toys jurassic PARK instead of jw?

MemberCompsognathusJan-12-2015 3:59 PMmm, both sound pretty good

MemberCompsognathusJan-16-2015 2:55 PMI like both, but I feel like D-rex may be too close to T-rex when speaking about her. I don't really care what her name is, I'm just waitin for her to do some killin of the clothed apes. :)
