It’s kinda weird seeing a Giga next to a Trex in a documentary sequence beginning

The anachronisms initially bugged me when the description of it was revealed online, but honestly I'm fine with it now. Is it scientifically accurate? No. But it is a visually beautiful scene. Plus most forms of prehistoric media have anachronisms that are more glaring than this (Seriously how many times have we seen T. rex living along side Stegosaurus or Cavemen?), so overall I think it's fine.

Im not saying it was bad, just weird. Kinda reminds me of me playing with Dino toys when I was younger having a Spinosaurus attacking Hadrosaurus, and having this minuscule T. rex compared to everything

Same. I would constantly dig holes in my yard and fill them with water to create an environment for my toy dinosaurs and then having them interact with each other.

That reminds me of when me and my middle brother would try to remake a miniature Jurassic Park in the front yard when we were kids, ah good times good times

They gotta drink something...

Also, apparently, according to Trevorrow, the Cretaceous prologue scene might not be in the final cut of the film, and will probably just be a stand alone short film...

The Imax footage contained a montage of various other creatures including Gallimimus running through traffic, the Allosaurus attacking the RV from Battle At Big Rock, and the Mosasaurus biting a shark cage, while showing captions that read "Next Summer, Rule The Earth".

The clip was originally shown in Imax theaters as an extended preview in front of F9 (where it showed some extra scenes). Apparently, the Cretaceous scene won't be in the final cut of the film, so they decided to release it as a promotional short film.
