Jurassic World 3 officially begins filming this February (2020) according to a fresh report from Forbes who recently discussed the highly anticipated Jurassic Park culmination with executive producer Frank Marshall. When queried about Jurassic World 3, Marshall explained the following:
With regards to the next Jurassic World movie, we are in full pre-production at Pinewood Studios in London, England. We plan to begin shooting in February of next year, so that is all very much in motion.
It’s about the dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are timeless, and they were here. We’re not dealing with superheroes; we’re not dealing with science-fiction, we’re dealing with science fact. Dinosaurs are studied in schools, they’re in museums, and I think people have a fascination with what it would be like to have dinosaurs in the world today.
Filming is expected to last well into the spring and summer, likely wrapping up around late July or August.
This news comes shortly after Deadlinereported today that Jurassic World 3 has officially cast Sorry For Your Loss actor Mamoudou Athie!
Mamoudou will star alongside fellow castmates Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum, but the details regarding his character have yet to be unveiled.
