It's not going to make me rage, is it? Probably not, but is there a chance?

Lord VaderDinosaurs ForumTerrance's Story: Jurassic Park Chapter 17

I know what you mean, but I'm pretty sure everyone can figure out who's talking, and pressing enter after EVERY SINGLE time someone says something just adds unnessesary length, and I can't use CTRL+V or whatever the shortcut is because I use an IPad. With the dialogue from this chapter, it would make it go from two or three minutes to post it, to ten minutes or more to post because I'd have to separate all the dialogue. If I had that kind of time in the morning, I'd either be sick or the weather was just plain miserable.

Good chapter, as always. But I do have some advice. You should do what I did with my stories where everytime a different character said something, I presed eneter and made a new paragraph, and put "He/she said" at the end. It just makes it more simple and easy for people to read, you know what I mean? Just a suggestion.

Great chapter. Can't wait for the sneak peek.

I know, and that's a good question. Considering you wouldn't be surprised if a Deltadromeus could do 6-9 PSI with its kick, that would be up to a 9 ton PSI kick from a 1.5 ton animal. It would kick with up to 6 times it's own weight of force, so using that formula with a 10 ton Rex, that would be a 60 ton PSI kick. I'd imagine it wouldn't be able to do near that much because it was rather slow and wouldn't have the agility to kick like that, so probably 20-30 tons PSI tops.

Sci-Fi King25Jurassic Park ForumMy Thoughts on "Jurassic Park" 3

I agree with Mr.Happy. I've seen their other videos, which are quite amusing.

With JP3, the advisor was Jack Horner, the same man who published the theory of Triceratops and Torosaurus as the same genus. Why couldn't they go with Robert T. Bakker?!

Thanks guys.

Carnotaur, Hammond wants Terrance to live, Hammond is the boss, so Muldoon has to do what Hammond wants him to. That and it wouldn't be much of a Terrance story if Terrance wasn't in it until the very end.

I'm doing sneak peek of JP: The Game Warden's Story at the end of this one.

Great Chapter I hope Muldoon will decide to let Terrance live.

Good chapter. I had to laugh when Muldoon described why he thought that Terrance is a male.

It's pretty funny when you think about the highest bite forces in modern animals. Dinosaurs were truly one of the most amazing creatures to ever walk this planet. I wonder how strong the kick of a T.rex would've been?

Reply
Lord VaderDinosaurs ForumAlbertosaurus vs. Deltadromeus

That's what I figured. 8-16 tons ain't to shabby too considering at 6-9 tons PSI Rex had the highest bite force of any land animal.

I'm looking forward to reading the next installment. For the contoversial post, I share the same opinion as Mr.Happy.

The 6-9 ton estimate.

Fun fact about the 20 ton bite force estimate: That is only on a perfect bilateral bite. Which is about as rare as a dinosaur mummy. I personally think that the average bite force would have been at 8-16 tons.

And Jezza: XD (A picture is worth more than a thousand words)

TheMoreYouKnowJurassic World ForumMy thoughts on the Jurassic Park Movies, especially Jurassic Park 3

When the Spinosaurus breaks through the fence, it can get the whole weight of its body behind it. If you look you can see it almost hits it with its shoulder in order to break it down. When it comes to the door, because of its low height it can only use its legs or possibly its head. Therefore it cannot put nearly as much force behind its hit on the door. We also have to consider the possibility that it broke bones or something when it smashed through the fence, so it might not be up to the task. Also, the plane didn't "crash into it", it grazed the top of the animal. You can see this because of the minimal amount of blood, which would have been much greater if it would have taken a full on hit from a plane.

I'm almost at 1000. I just noticed, whenever I post a discussion, me and you have a full-out conversation. I think 50% of my posts come from talking to you via replies.

Haha. I actually put the period in last month. Almost at 3000 posts.

Raptor-401Jurassic World ForumAnnouncements- JP Hunger Games + more

Hey< did you just add the period this week, now that I think about it? But I have OCD too. I have a different case, though, I have CDO, which is the same as OCD, but the letters are in the proper alphabetical order.

Reply
Lord VaderJurassic World ForumAnnouncements- JP Hunger Games + more

Yes. It ALWAYS bugs me when someone doesn't have a capital starting their name. I don't know why, but I think I have OCD. At my house, we have two switches that work the same light, and when both are facing the same way, the light is on, so if one is up and one is down, the light is off. It always bugs me because light switches are supposed to be down when the light is off. I can't stand it if a TV is at un odd number for volume.

Origainnaly, my screename was MrHappy9097, but people always wrote it down as Mr.Happy9097 (with the period), so I added a period just so it would match what people were calling me.

That's good advice. I plant to do more stories once I finish the whole trilogy of Raptor401. Do you think I should make the r in my display name capital R?

Reply
Lord VaderJurassic World ForumAnnouncements- JP Hunger Games + more

I earned quite a bit of respect after all was said and done in Rex vs Spino (the reason I joined in the first place), and then after a while, I posted Terrance's Story, then Sammy the Spinosaurus, then DD9097SS, and so on. I'm not sure why so many have followed me in all fairness. People enjoy my stories and fights, before that, I was one of the few unbiased people in Rex vs Spino. Sometimes just if you follow someone who you've talked to via the SB they follow you back.

Tomorrow is Hammond and Muldoon talking about what to do with Terrance, then after that, a brief description of the park, and then the two part finale, as well as a sneak peek at my next story.

Reply

Interesting, and looking forward to everything. As long as whatever it is that may be contraversial doesnt have a complete BS ending, I don't care about the result (If my guess is right, you'll know exactly what I mean).
