So, T.rex twice?
And thanks Sci-Fi.
Nice fight RexFan! I was rooting for the raptor. I'm rooting for the tiger in the next round.
Giganotasaurs vs tyrrannosaurs rex
carcharadontosaurs vs spunosaurs
siats vs sauroniops
torvosaurs vs r.rex
all 50/50 fights
Carnivores:
Apex: Tyrannosaurus
Large: Allosaurus, Spinosaurus
Small: "Velociraptor", Microraptor, Troodon, Dilophosaurus, Guanlong, Ceolophysis
Herbivores:
Large: Brachiosaurus, Triceratops, Stegosaurus
Small: Gallimimus
That's OK.
Interested to see what you come up with :)
Sorry it was in bold I can't turn it off. And I will make my own Dino fights called fight for life
Thanks guys.
Glad you liked it Hipho.
And Predator X, so did some others, but not this time around ;)
Yeah! The hippo won! Nuce fight, I'm sure you could tell I was rooting for the hippo. Rooting for tiger next!
Welcome. Hope you liked the fight :)
Thanks for sharing this with us Carnosaur!
Carno, seriously, simmer down, and eat the waffles.

Sakamoto's papers are proof enough. Look/read it on google. Try again and learn.
"In order to estimate bite force with any reasonable confidence, we'd need to have a rough idea of how much jaw muscles Spinosaurus had. Unfortunately there are no good cranial materials to reconstruct jaw muscles in Spinosaurus - the bits at the back of the skull where the muscles would have attached are not known for Spinosaurus. Therefore we won't know for sure
However, we can fairly confidently assume that Spinosaurus would have similar skull proportions to those of close relatives like Baryonyx or Irritator. These theropods had long narrow skulls with not much space for jaw muscles. From what we know of Spinosaurus skull materials, we can be sure that it also had smallish jaw muscles (for an animal of that size).
Extrapolating from size estimates (I presume body size, e.g. body mass, body length, whatever) would not give you a good estimate for Spinosaurus, for the very reasons I outlined above, i.e., spinosaurs had smaller jaw muscles compared to other theropods of similar sizes. Using body size will grossly overestimate bite force."
Where in there does it say three tons?
Planet dinosaur has him on a average 11 tons for a 17m Spinosaurus. This is without the muscular spine and it's full growth.
There is no possible way to get an average off of three individuals. Sorry, but the term 'average' has been flaunted by you rather loosely.
Carno, I agree with you, but now let's end JWW3 before it gets any more out of hand, and to any new guy reading this, this is the reason we do not mention rex vs. spino.
Now, everyone shut up, keep your opinions to yourself, and enjoy.
the.
DAMN.
WAFFLES.

If you are going to say "scientific" then I would love for you to go deeper and provide stuff about Spinosaurus that have been debunked.
Nothing has been debunked. Size studies have been criticized, and some estimates thrown out because of their methods. That is all. And yet, some point to them as 'proof' of Spinosaurus getting 19-20 meters in length.
Jack Horner has confirmed about the 8ft long skull.
Where? in that extra on the JP3 DVD? other then that, i have found nothing on horner stating this.
Planet Dinosaur is another that tops everything when it comes to these "scientific" facts. But that's just the documentary. Not in depth facts.
You cannot use documentaries for evidence, but i've already stated this multiple times.
It's still open for debate. And it is a move on instinct that even todays animals do.
Which animals do that? to my understanding most big cats and felids grapple and/or rely on their jaws. Crocs don't even do that from my understanding.
Though I was being generous since rex fans love to hype up the myth that is C. Rex. But those were my previous estimateds
C-rex is not a myth, it is an actual fossil find.

No, your vision of Spinosaurus was based of false information. Their is no proof on Spino being at a max 8-9 tons and grew only 50ft.
Paul Sereno and the folks over at national Geographic would have to disagree with you.
Planet Dinosaur is the most somewhat accurate for a 17m Spinosaurus
I liked planet dinosaur, don't get me wrong. But you can't use a documentary as any sort of evidence to back up what you've stated.
Good fight rooting for Utahraptor but Hippo is ok. Rooting for Tiger. I will always root for the carnivore
These fights are refreshing from the dino v dino all over this site...Was rooting for the hippo..good job.
On a standard game you can have up to 60 dinosaurs at any one time. To change this, go to: Program Files/ Universal Interactive/ Jurassic Park Operation Genesis/ Data Find the file named Constant, and go to the section near the bottom labelled "IntConstants". Change the default number (60) for MaxDinoPopulation, and you can set it to have as many dinosaurs as you like.
I think it's also the same for everything else but check this site it helps a lot.

this is for PC right?
I've seen some cool mods, but I dont' know anything about that. For one thing, I have it for PS2, so I can't edit it. Good luck though :)
um, i didn't 'confront' you in any way, you just haven't posted sources for any of your claims!
C'mon, don't revert to insulting me because you can't respond with any sources! it's childish.
Great chapter, but Poor LongJaw she died to quick
Mr Alan grant, don't act like Carnivora is non bais. Say there was a recent post from mr.happy talking about spino the most over rated dino, those were some good points! On carnivoria everybody's is like OMG spino is so strong one claw swipe and is gg! And everytime somebody brings up a good rex point, on of the spino fans changes the topic to something like monsteres ressurected. So don't act like this forums is bias, and I bet 70 percent of spino fans didn't know anything about the spino until JP3!
That's pretty cool.
Nice fight, I was rooting for Utah though. Rooting for the Tiger next time around.
Hmmm... that's funny in a Dino gaming YouTuber, BestInSlot, had a video on the exact same topic and games. XD LOL!

-)Wich make me think in a reminder: Do not spam and do not take far the things with other memebrs by PM , it is against the rules. (traslation: don't use the Pms to insult others, I will find out).
I dont expect less from you guys than respect of the items I've consigned here.
Guys, I hope you have a good time and fun in the forums; I was thinking to start a new line of threads in JW forums, but now I'm not sure if is a good idea or not, I will think about it in the next days.
Filming's done. That doesn't mean it's done. There's still all the work that goes into picking the scenes they want to use, edit them, add CGI, etc.
I'll send you a message for the evidence of a 12 ton Spinosaur.
