Agreed. Troodon had everything Scipionyx had and more. If I could, I would put a fair amount of money on Troodon winning this challenge.

Chaos_theoryJurassic Park ForumTHe final battle
That fight scene would be good to watch... But has one major flaw. I will touch on that in a min. While both creatures were respectable in their own right t-Rex with its massive head and bone crushing jaws and spino with the massive front limbs with claws and unusual size for a fishing Dino.... So here my take on this battle. Trex brute force wise would be hard to deal with especially in close quarters forest combat spinos size would work against it being less Manuaverable around the trees but the large claws and forearms help. A well place bite from the Rex and the spino is down as well as a good slash from the spino could severely wound the Rex to make it easy for the kill. But the major flaw with this fight and the scene made above is the spino's sail . Which is its ultimate down fall because the sail isn't just a plate attached to flesh like stegosaurus the sail run down into the Bertabrates of spinos back which it were to topple over from a head but or like described above with a well time kick it would break its back incampassitating it and would lead to its death via Rex or even a pack of smaller Dino's such as the many species of raptor that inhabited the same area as the spinosaur

Really? I didn't remember that scene from the book. That would be pretty cool to have those unknown eggs hatching, we could have a group to reclaim those eggs. Plus it could be a sequel that happens while the power goes out, as a team was hired by InGen to destroy the eggs, but the eggs hatched, and after being on the island for several months, the dinosaurs have become full grown. basically they are the exterminators for these unknown dinosaurs. Hey Paden what do you think, what kind of scary dinosaurs where inside the dino eggs? Let's chat. This plot could be cool too!

What do you mean by measure??? normally they measure from skull to toe with neck vertical, as for the tallest its uncertain, due to there being new finds unearthed all the time... that and im too lazy to go and search it up on google as of this moment *it took me forever to find the sizes for dinos for the fight*

with us returning to nublar its going to be HIGHLY difficult to add new dinos... Given they're going by the book, as dr.wu mentions *book* they had a new batch of unknown eggs about to hatch... We could see them hatching and reeking havoc on the island??? Knowing they are not spino, spino will not be in the next film... theres probably another way to add one in... but it'll be breaking the films universe just a bit...

I like that the venom kicked in at such a crucial time. A second later or a second earlier and the egg was toast.

Dinosaur.FanaticJurassic World ForumJurassic Park IV Superpredator
@Dinotrypod I would definitely love to see an underwater predator. It hasn't been done before (at least in respect to JP) and it could create suspense and thrill for audiences. It would certainly help Trevorrow and crew to deliver on an "epic" scale. However I think having a fight between two MASSIVE underwater creatures would take up too much screen space and possibly add a cheesy factor. One predator swimming around causing chaos is plenty, in my opinion. @Bombillazo I also agree that the predator doesn't have to be big to be epic! Thanks everyone for your input!

And the best part? The egg landed safely in moss and didn't crack! Once again, great job!

I only ask about this because i read a book a while ago called: Cryptid Hunters And in it a team of people were trying to catch the mokele Mbembe, They dont succeed but manage to find its nesting ground and takes its eggs, if you happen to come across a copy of it read it!!!! Also this could make an excellent plot of sorts, it opens up new possibilities, IE they find one of the cryptid an asume its one from nublar they send it to nublar and stuff happens.... IDK you decide!!! From my point of view its just possible for them to have survived....

I like how it turned out. Even though they were smaller, Sinornithosaurus were simply better killers. They had everything the Buitreraptor had and more.

I actually considered letting him get away, but I thought it would be too similar to the Achillobator vs Deinonychus fight. I was even closer to including it as an alternate ending. My apologies if it saddens you in any way.

Certainly possible. Maybe even plausible. Perfect habitat, abundant prey, isolation, aboriginal art

The artwork is beautiful, I would love to see a more geologically Isla Nublar like this, it would make for an awesome movie. I had an idea as to this would be the opening scene. And your welcome!

Jurassic Park 4 Plot... Man has explored nearly 51% of the Earth's surface. There is still 49% untouched, and some parts don't exist on the current map. A discovery has made deep within on of the jungles. If we do find this new territory, mind you, something has survived.

With a key eye like mine its hard to get a picture and a painting mixed up... I first thought this was a picture, then i saw the paint marks... THIS IS BLOODY BRILLIANT... but still i ask why are we seeing these things now and not in april when they were released??? IF you find any way *i can even tweet him it if youd like* to sedn this to colin.... DO IT *this reminds me a bit of JPO... just a bit* thanks for sharing ALI3N

Hmmmm.... Interesting. I would've prefered the younger male to get away - that made me sad. I would think after bringing down the larger, older Pachy, the raptors would've broken off the attack to relish in their kill before giving chase to the younger male. Give little Pachy a chance! He could've gone off and mated, his competition having been removed, ensuring continuation for the next generation of Pachy's. Oh well, that's just me. Nice fight!

pretty good, your work as always is quite outstanding. However i think you should calculate the jp raptors into the fight more so *note they've got the same as uh utah raptor i think, or dienoticous... i dont remember SS said velociraptor was scarier* Also i think you should work on some side series to this IE: Chaos effect dinofight, Terra nova dinofight, and a bunch more i cant think names up for... math is hard...

There is a carcharodontosaurid called Sauroniops in reference to the Eye of Sauron of Tolkien. I think that should be on this site the Giga team and the Raptor team. :D

Sadly, I have looked into this myself and it appears Kelmayisaurus Gigantus is a nomen dubium, a specimen that is loosely determined by scanty remains, in this case a vertebra and fragments of jawbone. Makaveli7, the vertebrae you speak of has come into question and could possibly be that of a sauropod dinosaur, at least the K. Gigantus. In any case, it's uncertain that a therapod dinosaur could ever reach this size. The K Petrolicus, however, HAS been placed in the Carcharodontosaurid family and is not that large, but similar in size to Allosaurus.

It could be a sauropod. Both theropods and sauropods were members of saurichia and would have had some similarities. I have a hard time believing a theropod could have gotten that big.
