true. Well this was a nice discussion.
By the way, I based that speech of the best speech in a movie Ive ever seen. Can you guys guess what movie?
Anytime. And just give it time thn. Btw, is that my new nickname? Pk?
Thanks PK.
They haven't loaded for me yet, so I'm not sure.
I like how the look of the spinosaur varies, because all we have is teeth. Lets the imagination fill in the rest. ;)
Great fight. I like how you brought back some of the older ones. Do you guys like my new Profile and cover pic?
I don't see a big reason why Spinosaurus wouldn't beats Tyrannosaurus Rex in a battle. I mean did they didn't live in the same timeframe but Spinosaurus had a advantage with its claws. Yes, Tyrannosaurus Rex did have an advantage with its job but if it really would depend on teh setting and time. I think most of the time spinosaur would win. Like 85% Spino - 15% Rex
Thanks guys. Don't wanna give too much away, but since there are 5 fights in this round, the next round has a standard 1v1, but there is also a three way, and Tyrannotitan is in it.
Tomorrow is Daspletosaurus vs Baryonyx, followed by Torvosaurus vs Albertosaurus, and then Carnotaurus vs Allosaurus (I wish I had changed the Carno some, he's major f**cked in the head when the Allosaurs meet him and it isn't much of a fight), and perhaps the most anticipated round 2 fight, Suchomimus vs Gorgosaurus.
Good job. I was rooting for Tyrannotitan as well.
Nice. I was rooting for Aucasaurus.
I understand Primal King. I just felt like mentioning those pieces of info.
(I still think UCMP 118742 indicates a larger adult size for T-rex).
Okay, good to hear that you liked it.

Completely different spines, body shapes, claws, and heads.
@ Godzilla Himself
Thank you for backing me up. I agree, there is too much detail in the earth, animals, plants, and universe to say it all didn't have a Magnificent Creator.
The Earth was placed at exactly the right position, if it was tilted in any other direction, it would radically change the planet. It would become uninhabittable and life would be gone.
The planet is at directly the right distance from the sun, any closer we'd burn, any further we'd freeze. I don't think some big explosion put everything in directly the right position to sustain life.
And as for the little detail in every animal, such as Acro's spine, bombardier beetle's defense, and all the other amazing things have been made for special purposes by a special god, my God.
I like this a lot. Like me styling my fights in a story/docu format, it gives a certain feel to your story. It's different and unique. Keep it up!
Very interesting dinosaur indeed. I first saw the topic and thought it was Siamotyrannus, not Siamosaurus.
The whole pre fight story makes it all the better. Perhaps if the fight was a little longer, but the story aspect is great.
I liked it. it was orginal, and very well written. good job
for a while, perhaps. But as long as people stick tp their opinion as 1oo% fact, this debate is going to continue.
i've always had that thought about UCMP, this post kinda brought it to reality
Good fight. I was rooting for Tyrannotitan.
I'm not so sure about it, it feels like there is too much story and not enough fighting. But if you like it.
Good job, this style was interesting.
This was a revelation to me, i never actually thought about UCMP maybe just having an abnormally large skull (and i'll have to admit that a Sue- sized Rex is more probable than a 16 ton monster) and i agree perfectly with everything else aswell. My opinion on the pack hunting theory is that they lived in pairs of 2 with their children, because a Triceratops, for example, would still be very dangerous, even if you're almost twice the it's size and i think that they would've hunted ceratopsians like shown in Dino Revolution and Clash of the Dinosaurs. One distracts the animal and the other one rushes in for the kill.
Nice chapter. And a good cliffhanger.
I hope this will at least do something to bring SOME peace to this forum.
Not unless Jurassic Parkbecomes a reality. ;)
T. rex wasn't very closely related to birds, and I see your point, but, just with what it had going for it and what it was hunting, I believe it didn't neccesarily NEED it. But its up to opinion. Maybe it even depended on the specific Rex and its preferance. Like a loner Rex was just hunting Triceratops, ankylosaurs, the like. While group rexes were hunting Alamosaurus and things like that. Ya never know....
Yah, also a good point I forhet to mention. I think when ever there is a debate opinion shouldn't be used as an argument/defense.
Well I think so. And you may already know, but they discovered that T-Rex was most likely a giant bird, like most dinosaurs, and lots of times birds travel together. So that suggest that T- rex would probably have lived in groups.
Its time for people to calm down. It ruins the entire point of a debate when people get upset over an opinion...
well, I will still try. I might report some people who try to fight.
I just think T. rex didn't need it all the time. Just my opinion. ;)
Wll I think T-rexes are cooler as pack hunters.
Also, a group of Daspletosaurus has been unearthed, showing more pack hunting among tyrannosaurs. Yutyrannus has also been found in a group.
