Thanks for the advice. I heard about the original ending once. The writers and director changed it because they felt Rexy needed to be in the movie one last time.

Nice. Perhaps, next time, you could elaborate on how it would change the plot. Still, nice job on this, it saves Muldoon without changing the Rex's epic finale.

Originally, the scene was supposed to have Hammond shoot the Raptors, not Rexy taking them out. It would have been better if Muldoon had taken out the Raptors (as opposed to Hammond). If they had Muldoon kill the Rex in the movie, I'd have mixed feelings about it, but only a badass can kill a Rex.

I very much enjoy the manner in which you support your hypothesis concerning the animals you highlighted - and the images you've provided are quite neat. Thank you ever so much for taking the time to share this with us! :)

Close for me, although here are my specifics...

Carcharodontosaurus- 11-12 meters long and 5-7 tons

Spinosaurus- 14-17 meters long and 5-8 tons

Giganotosaurus- 12-14 meters long and 6-8.5 tons

Tyrannosaurus- 12-13 meters long and 7-9 tons(fragmentary giants suggest 14-15 meters long and 10+ tons).

Don't agree with everything, but pretty close.

PS- I love that Rex pic!

I'm a new member and I also found this interesting when I saw the video! I think that the piece of meat is from the D-Rex paddock! Look at the structure of the trees. I think the script we saw a few months ago with Hamada talking, this is the scene!! Because he talks that the dinosaur with the red eyes has never eaten anything that is alive. What I can see the meat is pretty dead for me. ;)

Interesting. I'd shave about a ton off each of the weights though, unless that's an absolute max, in which case, I agree with everything.

Sweet pic. Speaking of "beheaded," that's the fate of one of the RS competitors.

I agree with pretty much everything. I think Carcharodontosaurus and Spinosaurus were still lighter than what you said though. I put Carcharodontosaurus at 6-9 t and the same goes for Spinosaurus.

This is just my opinion though, and I still think this is a very interesting topic.

i agree with carnosaurus even when predators don´t hunt for the same food they still tend to bee compitetive like lions and hyenas
