here are my, opnions on the sizes of these giants.
Spinosaurus
Length 49-56 feet long
height 26 feet tall at the top of the sail
weight 5.6-8.4 tons
Carcharadontosaurus
Length 41-47 feet long
height 19 feet tall at the top of the head
weight 6.7-8.6 tons
Tyrannosaurus
Length 39-44 feet long
height 18 feet tall at the top of the head
weight 7.1-9.8 tons
Giganotosarus
Length 42-50 feet long
19 feet tall at the top of the head
7.2-9.9 tons

Carcharodontosaurus- 11-12 meters long and 5-7 tons
Spinosaurus- 14-17 meters long and 5-8 tons
Giganotosaurus- 12-14 meters long and 6-8.5 tons
Tyrannosaurus- 12-13 meters long and 7-9 tons(fragmentary giants suggest 14-15 meters long and 10+ tons).
