Based on what he's scored previously, this sounds like a great guy to be doing the JW soundtrack.

Ornitholestes (yelling at the top of his lungs):  You nasty T-rex, you bully, you, you....

T-rex (staring awkwardly at Ornitholestes, hearing little squeaks): Um.... (SPLAT!!)

Check out this article:

Theres one picture showing fish vertebrae in the stomach content of Deinocheirus. To me this is a smoking gun, it clearly shows that Deinocheirus took the niche of Spinosaurus and modern day bears.

This is amazing!  Hopefully the documentary and Dinosaur Island can tide us over while we wait for Jurassic World.

Alphadino65Jurassic World ForumJurassic World Trailer!!!!

All the pics are fake, they are Tinkerbell (the female T-rex from Dinosaur Revolution) and a Tarascosaurus.  However, the description of the trailer might be legit, considering we had a leak of the overall trailer a little while ago.

Tyrant kingDinosaurs Forumif dinosaurus were the same size as modern day animals would they be able to thrive in todays world

Yes, but I stated that they are mini dinosaurs which means they don't need nearly as much oxygen as their giant cousins. That is one of the reasons I made them small like this.

Yeah, knew about this quite a while ago. It's definitely something very interesting. As much as I disagree with the picture (that comes from a turntable walkcycle animation), I have to say Deinocheirus was very unique.

On the topic, do you notice how dinosaurs are slowly getting weirder and weirder? :D

Everything is fake sadly. The dinosaur pictures are from documentaries like Dinosaur Revolution and Dinosaur Planet.

I think we will have to wait until the trailer just a bit more... december is not that far :)

I think there were reports several months ago about this, but whatever, this at least gives definate certainty about what Deinocheirus looked like instead of wondering if it was a therizinosaur, a giant therapod, or something entirely different...

To me, it looks like a cross between an Edmontosaur, an Ouranosaur, and a Gallimus.

I believe that the down-sized dinosaurs would have been decent competition for today's animals, but remember that since many mid-sized to large animals from different time periods are and were adapted to specific environments, I doubt they'd do well in a different environment.  For example, the woolly mammoth.  They needed wide-open plains to feed on grass because their teeth weren't adapted to leaves and twigs like mastodons.  Once the earth started to warm more than ever some 10,000 years ago, forests became more abundant, and they lost their food, and they had extreme difficulty dealing with the heat because of their thick hair.  They all died out at that time, except for some pygmy mammoths on certain islands 3000 years ago.  No one specialized species can thrive in a new change of environment.  But one on one, any dinosaur could hold its own against lions and tigers.

This was written extremely well, Lord of the Spinosaurs!!  Whenever I read a Rex vs Giga fight, they are, at the very least, exciting.  Yours is no excpetion to this trend, and I want to read more of your fights in the future!

SHAMBS - WOW! How very neat! Deinocheirus was certainly an, um, interesting looking animal! Its body structure and overall physiology reminds me somewhat of a camel crossed with an Iguanodon. I know that's a rather silly pairing, but it's the best I can deliver! Regardless, thank you so very much for taking the time to share this with us! :)

Nice find! it sort of seems like a coelurosaur version of Spinosaurus, maybe it occupied the same niche. But who knows?

Yeah you have a point that is what people there grew up with and we can't blame them. But I think its time we educate those people that it is not the best thing to do. Anyways I'm going to stop talking about this now because it is off topic.

It's all just a belief. These herbs and powders and such are just a belief. Wether they work or not is up for debate, but the fact is, as long as they THINK it works, they'll do it. It's like hitting your head off a cement wall thinking it's gonna move. If you think it's moving, you're going to keep doing it.

Yeah, Traditional Chinese Medicine always makes me retty upset. Poachers slaughter thousands of Tigers, Rhinos, Seahorses, etc. And destroying fossilized bones only makes it worse. And all of that goes towards medicine that can kill you anyways! I could go on and on how I hate that stuff. But thats for another day.

"F***! Double meteor!" Pissing myself laughing there.

Lord VaderDinosaurs ForumDinosaurs We Will Never Find

True, some dinosaurs never will be found. It's sad, but it's true. We have to accept that and move on.

Fossil fuels are actually not the bone, but anything that actually broke down. Skin, muscle, fat, flesh and so on have become fossil fuels. The bones themselves however, may be crushed or disintegrated or taken out by erosion. That breaks them down. That's nothing to do with fossil fuels causing us to not find these things. Besides, that Chinese medicine stuff where they grind up bones is more damaging to the fossil record then fossil fuels ever was.

TYRANT KING - Hmm, I'd say that many mammalian species would likely die out due to the competition they'd face. Naturally, we humans would likely be able to step in and make certain that the saurian aggressors didn't wipe out everything with which we're used to coexisting! :)

Nice fight. I was rooting for the King, but that's no surprise as I always do.

Regarding your final paragraph. For the site logging you out when you were writing the fight, the solution is simple; Write the fight in a word document, then copy and paste it to the discussion box. Worst case scenario, you'll have to add the paragraphs afterward.

The battle was good. I have no problem with it being more story and less of a battle than other fights, it was still enjoyable. Not every fight has to be purely bloodshed and action. Backstory is nice.

As for the images, doesn't really matter if you have them for a fight or not, we know what most dinosaurs looked like.
