MemberAllosaurusJul-11-2015 4:10 PMFirst Dinosaur battle, don't come here often but i have been wanting too do this for a while.
A Adult Male Tyrannosaurus Rex vs 2 hunting male Carcharodontosaurus.
15 ft
Bite force 23,000 pounds
Starving hasn't eat in 2 weeks.
Vs
13.5 ft tall each
Bite force 4000 pounds each
Just finished they're hunt and are gorging, Begin.
2 brother Carcharodontosaurus's have just finished hunting a Parasaurolophus,
One Deinonychus try's to steal they're food, he is dispatched quickly. The brothers begin to gorge on their meal.
Near by, a lone adult male Tyrannosaurus Rex stands sniffing out an easy meal.
Our battle torn Rex had just finished a fight with a Gigantosaurus, ripping off the beasts hands he escaped with his body intact, but he was starving. This Tyrannosaurus was very experienced being 18 years old he was in his prime. When he was 12 he faced off against 3 teenage Carcharodontosaurus, he killed 1 and escaped from the rest with gaping wounds on his stomach he lived. Becoming a Tyrant too his land he was the dominant species, for now.
The Tyrannosaurus finally caught a whiff of flesh, he knew exactly what it was, Parasaur. He anticipated Deinonychus had gotten too it and it would be an easy meal, little did he know.
The 2 Carcharodontosaurus's were enjoying they're meal as they too had been starving, they were at peace until they heard the trembling of a King, no a Tyrant. They knew exactly what it was, as they had encountered it when they were 11, it was a Tyrannosaurus Rex. They're parents informed them it was the dominant species with an untouchable bite, and they should never go near it.
the Carcharodontosaurus's backed away in fear as the Tyrant King stumbled from the tree's he was hiding, it was time for the fight.
As the beast spotted the carcass, the King himself felt a jolt of fear. Realizing it wasn't Deinonychus, it was Carcharodontosaurus who had killed this meal!
The Tyrant King felt a further jolt of fear, it was the same 2 who he had escaped from barely. The Carcharo's felt the same feeling and knew who he was, he killed they're sister and it was time for vengeance.
The Tyrannosaurus felt a feeling like he shouldn't challenge these beasts, but he was starving it was his only choice. The infamous Dino roared at the Carcharo's, signaling battle. The Carcharodontosaurus's had already gotten they're fill of meat, they did not need the carcass, this was about vengeance.
The lone male attempts to take a bite of the carcass avoiding the Carcharos for the time being,
The Carcharodontosaurus's do not allow this, it was time for payback. The first male charges the Rex attempting to ram into him, The experienced Predator T.Rex dodges this move and bites the foot of the Carcharodonto, and slips it up keeping it on the ground. The Rex nearly breaks the leg of the Carcharo before its brother races in ramming into the Tyrant King.
The Tyrant King falls over in pain, but gets up as fast as possible. The brother helps up the fallen Carcharo, and then proceeds to charge the Tyrannosaur. The T.Rex back-steps and bites the neck of the Carcharodontosaurus, sending it into agonizing pain as its vertebrae is close too being broken. Right before the Rex can finish it, the weakened brother bites his tail. The King knowing the Tail means life or death, he gives up killing the other and immediately begins attacking the weakened brother.
The Brother subsides his attack on the tail, anticipated his brothers attack on the beast, he was correct. The Tyrant King is sent into agonizing pain as the brother Carcharodontosaurus bites his neck with all its power, throwing him into a nearby tree. The Rex is weakened, but he gets up.
The Rex and the brother are at a stand still, knowing the healthy brother will take the rest of his power he hunts the weakened one. With precision aim he grabs hold of the weakened Carcharodontosaurus's neck before it could even see it coming, and in the blink of an eye it was over, the brother was dead. The T-Rex rejoiced inside having finally killed one of his enemies, but before the celebration could begin the brother bites the Rex's tail, and rips it off.
The Tyrant King, severely weakened falls too the ground in agonizing pain. The Carcharodontosaurus slowly walks towards the Tyrannosaur, The Reign of the Tyrant King may be at an end.
The Tyrannosaur lets out one final roar of pain, and the Carcharodontosaurus opens his jaws with anticipation of killing the beast who killed his siblings.
Before Carcharodontosaurus can finish it however, he hears trembling footsteps along with a Kings roar. It was not over, the Tyrannosaur had a mate, and she was not about too let him die.
The Female charges the Carcharodontosaurus, and grabs hold of his head she spins him around with sheer body force and flings him into a nearby boulder.
The Carcharodontosaurus knew it was the end, yet he did not get up. He charged the Rex ramming into it full force, the Carcharo sent the T-Rex on the ground. Before it could make another move however, the tailess Rex bit and grabbed hold of the back of the Carcharodontosaurus, before he could make even a further move the female grabbed the neck of the beast. The end was here, the Carcharodontosaurus's back and neck were broken shattered. The Tyrannosaurus male was limping, the female helped him and carried him too the nearby carcass, time to eat.
Good grief.

MemberAllosaurusJul-11-2015 4:55 PM^I wanted to make it seem like that, so the final act could be just as cool.
Good grief.

MemberCompsognathusJul-12-2015 6:50 AMThere are some major flaws in the story but good writting none the less.

MemberAllosaurusJul-12-2015 9:52 AMGood fight, although to be honest some parts of the story was a litle "wat?" to me...
Nonetheless you did a pretty good job.

MemberTriceratopsJul-12-2015 11:49 PMYou saw T.rex: Ultimate Survivor, didn't you? With the Houston specimen that had all but 5-6 feet of its tail bitten off?
Honestly, the grammar needs work, despite the idea being a decent one to write about. I found the story didn't have the flow it needed in the sentence structure. This is why I emphasize EDITING YOUR WORK before submitting it as a topic. Nonetheless, your next story will be better with editing.
Was the male T.rex close to where his mate had the the surviving Carch in her jaws? Because for any creature like a theropod to walk far without a counter-balance right after after the counter-balance disappears is almost impossible biomechanically.

MemberAllosaurusJul-13-2015 7:50 AM^Really the grammer was bad? Thought i did a pretty good job on that.
And yes the Tailess Rex was right next too the Carcharodontosaurus. A lot of things happened in the battle that i could not explain in my writing, like when the Tyrannosaurus male made that last roar it was signaling to the female. And to reach the Carcharo in the final section he did a form of a lunge with his mouth to reach the back, and from they're sort of just held on so that the Female can finish it.
The combatanants were close to each other the whole time, the Female Rex was looking for food in another forest next to where the battle was happening, but the Male did not signal until he was about too die. I was also trying to symbalize experience wins in a fight sort of, with the Rex only being able too handle the brothers because he had the experience from past fights and knew the best motives.
Good grief.

MemberCompsognathusJul-13-2015 10:02 AMYou're grammar isn't THAT bad. But my problem with the gift is that one t.rex managed to give to equally formidable carnosaurs a run for there money. And a tailless theropod is unable to stand.
GG
MemberAllosaurusJul-13-2015 11:00 AM^I just said previously he was not standing, he lunges his mouth towards the Carcharo. I'm still trying too understand though what part of my grammer was bad, i thought that was the standing achievement of this post.
And they weren't Carnosaurs, Stay focused!! (Grinch reference.)
Good grief.

MemberAllosaurusJul-14-2015 2:39 PM*Than. You need to watch on your grammar. Just be more cautious.
Well looking forward!
