Special 4000th Post: Zhuchengtyrannus vs Tyrannotitan vs Mapusaurus vs Oxalaia

Zhuchengtyrannus

For this fight, Zhuchengtyrannus is a seven and a half ton male. He's experienced at taking down anything he wants, including some sauropods.

Tyrannotitan

Today, Tyrannotitan is a five and a half ton male. He had a difficult life on his own, and his experience growing up has turned him into a near heartless killing machine.

Mapusaurus

This Mapusaurus is a six ton male. He's won every fight he's ever been in, but he's never faced off against anything his own size.

Oxalaia

This time around, Oxalaia six and a half ton male. For a Spinosaur, he can put up a hell of a fight, skeletons of almost everything that has come to his river for a drink littering the bottom of the river.

Begin!

The Mapusaurus is out hunting. He's been following a large river since he set out four hours earlier. He hasn't found a scent trail, but he figures he'll find something along the river.

The Tyrannotitan is also hunting. He hasn't seen anything for a while, but he isn't about to lose hope. He found a carcass. It wasn't much, and it wasn't in decent condition. He was about to take a bite when he heard two roars. He started walking in the direction, ready for a fight.

The Oxalaia and Mapusaurus are walking in circles. The Mapusaurus found him by accident, but it was a seemingly easy meal. The Oxalaia had his back turned at the time, and the Mapusaurus had charged. The Oxalaia didn't smell or hear the Mapusaurus coming, but he felt the ground vibrating. He had turned around in time to see the Mapusaurus coming, and now they weren't breaking eye contact.

The Mapusaurus mock charged, and the Oxalaia stepped back. The Mapusaurus charged, and the Oxalaia slashed his face. The Mapusaurus jumped back from the surprise, and he roared. The Oxalaia roared back, and the Mapusaurus looked at his hands. His claws were dripping with blood. The Mapusaurus mock charged again, and the Oxalaia didn't react. The Mapusaurus mock charged a second time, and the Oxalaia lashed out. He missed, and the Mapusaurus charged.

One moment, the Mapusaurus had the Oxalaia by the neck, and the next, he was in the river. He looked at the Oxalaia, and now looking it dead in the eye was a large male Zhuchengtyrannus. The Zhuchengtyrannus roared, and the Oxalaia roared back. The Zhuchengtyrannus wasted no time and lowered his head as he charged. The Oxalaia slashed his head, but it did little more than make him push harder. The Oxalia was being pushed, and they were almost at the treeline when the Zhuchengtyrannus suddenly stopped.

The Oxalaia looked, and a Tyrannotitan, as well as the Mapusaurus were both biting his neck. The Zhuchengtyrannus fought his way out, and all three looked at him. They were all standing shoulder to shoulder, and the Zhuchengtyrannus was slowly backing off. The Zhuchengtyrannus hissed in frustration, and the Tyranntitan, Oxalaia, and Mapusaurus roared back in unison. The Zhuchengtyrannus looked the Oxalaia dead in the eye, and then turned and did the same with the other two. None of them backed down.

The Mapusaurus charged, and the Zhuchengtyrannus caught him by the neck. What happened was swift. The Mapusaurus had charged, and when the Zhuchengtyrannus caught him, he used the momentum the Mapusaurus had, and turned, whipping the Mapusaurus to the ground. He slid on the sand, blood staining it red, and the Zhuchengtyrannus wasted no time going to face the other two. They had both charged, and he smacked the Oxalaia with his own head, knocking him in the Tyrannotitan's way.

The Tyrannotitan and Oxalaia roared as they tripped over each other, and the Zhuchengtyrannus looked around. The Mapusaurus was beginning to roll over to stand up, and he walked over to him. The Mapusaurus hissed, and the Zhuchengtyrannus stepped on his head. He was about to bite his neck and finish him off, and he was hit from the side. He landed on his side, and a second Mapusaurus, a female, was standing between him and the male.

She walked over to him, and he kicked her in the head. She stepped back and lunged. The Zhuchengtyrannus kicked her again. She stumbled back and tripped over the male. The Zhuchengtyrannus stood up and roared. The two Mapusaurus stood up, and the Tyrannotitan and Oxalaia were both standing as well. All four stood side by side, and they started to surround the Zhuchengtyrannus. He looked around and roared. It sounded different than usual. It was partly because he was mad, but it also sounded like a call for help.

The Tyrannotitan charged, and the Zhuchengtyrannus caught him by the head. He threw him toward the male Mapusaurus, and the Mapusaurus hit the ground hard. The Zhuchengtyrannus went for the gap, and now he had space to move around. The Tyrannotitan slowly stood up, and the Mapusaurus wasn't moving. The female Mapusaurus looked at her mate. She went and nudged him, trying to wake him up. There was no reaction. She looked up at the Zhuchengtyrannus and roared. The Zhuchengtyrannus knew what was coming, and he prepared to fight her off.

The Oxalaia attacked the Zhuchengtyrannus, biting his neck and slashing his flanks. The Mapusaurus rammed the Zhuchengtyrannus full force, knocking him and the Oxalaia to the ground. The Oxalaia landed on the Zhuchengtyrannus, and he wasn't struggling anymore. The Oxalaia, content with that, attacked the Mapusaurus. The Mapusaurus lunged for his neck, and they hit heads. Both stepped back and shook their heads. The Tyrannotitan attacked the Oxalaia, and he shoved him to the ground. The Oxalaia struggled to free himself, but he couldn't do anything as the Tyrannotitan pinned him to the ground.

The Mapusaurus charged, and she rammed the Tyrannotitan. The Tyrannotitan stumbled to the side, and the Mapusaurus attacked the Oxalaia. There had been enough of a distraction that the Oxalaia kicked the Mapusaurus in the head. She went down hard. She was kicked in the same spot twice my the Zhuchengtyrannus, and now she was out cold. The Oxalaia stood up and roared at the last remaining predator, the Tyrannotitan.

The Tyrannotitan roared back at the Oxalaia, and they charged. They hit head on at full force, and the Oxalaia kept going. The Tyrannotitan fell back, and the Oxalaia stood over him. The Tyrannotitan kicked him in the chest. The Oxalia stepped back, coughing up blood as he did. The Tyrannotitan charged, and this time, the Oxalaia fell back from the force. He landed on the Mapusaurus, who was just starting to get up. She was dead before he got off her, and the Tyrannotitan was charging again.

The Oxalaia was about to sidestep, but something bit him. He looked down, and the Zhuchengtyrannus was behind him, pulling on his ankle. He snapped at the Zhuchengtyrannus, and the Tyrannotitan slammed into him. The force knocked the Oxalaia back, and then he bounced off the Zhuchengtyrannus, and proceeded to land on his side, breaking his ankle as the Zhuchengtyrannus stood up. The Zhuchengtyrannus and Tyrannotitan quickly lunged to finish the Oxalaia off, and they hit heads. The Tyrannotitan stepped back, and the Zhuchengtyrannus tore out the Oxalaia's throat.

They were walking in circles when a steady booming got their attention. Now that he didn't need help anymore, his cry for help was answered. He looked at the Tyrannotitan with nothing but confidence as a larger, female Zhuchengtyrannus entered the battleground. She stood shoulder to shoulder with her mate, and she was easily a foot taller than him. The Tyrannotitan slowly started to back off, knowing the female was even more powerful than the male, and the male was easily the strongest one in the start of the fight.

The male nodded to the female, and she backed up. The male charged, and the Tyrannotitan sidestepped. He quickly put the male between him and the female, and the male charged again. This time, the Tyrannotitan bit him and tried to force him to the ground. The Zhuchengtyrannus didn't hesitate as he shook himself free, and the Tyrannotitan saw there was no chance at putting the male between himself and her. She didn't look ready to attack. It was like she was simply watching. He charged at the male, and the male sidestepped. He was about twenty feet ahead of the female, and the Tyrannotitan charged.

The Zhuchengtyrannus lowered his head and charged. He was about forty feet away from his mate when he collided with the Tyrannotitan. The Zhuchengtyrannus lifted his head and reared up to his full heigh, launching the Tyrannotitan high into the air. The Tyrannotitan had never been so high in the air, and he was heading right at the female. The female opened her jaws and bit the Tyrannotitan's neck as he came crashing to the ground. The force of the bite combined with his momentum snapped his neck like a twig, made his body hit the ground while his head and neck were still in the jaws of the female, and decapitated him.

The male looked at his mate. The female had the Tyrannotitan's head and neck in her jaws. Hanging off his neck was a two foot long section of his spine. He looked at her and nodded. She dropped the head, and they walked toward each other. They bumped snouts, and now the male was feeling the effects of the battle. He had several broken ribs, as well as a broken arm, and he winced in pain. His mate recognized that he was injured, and she assisted him in laying down. He closed his eyes to go to sleep, and his mate stayed up to protect him while he rested.

Winner......... Zhuchengtyrannus

The largest and strongest competitor in the fight, Zhuchegtyrannus was a heavyweight fighting against middleweights.

Fantastic. Rooting for Z-Tyrannus the whole time. I think I'll start calling Z-Tyrannus Z-Rex for short. I know Rex isn't in the name, but it sounds cooler and Z-Rex is related to Tyrannosaurus rex at least.

I didn't root for any dinosaur, but near the middile I started rooting for Oxalaia. Still an excellent fight. I wish my battles were more like these.

This one in particular was two days in the making. You can tell the fights I take my time with over the ones I throw togather in under an hour by the quality. Fights like Acro vs UtahRaptor from this morning took an hour and a half. The average length it took me to write an RS fight was an hour.

why did i just find this?

Really great fight, was going in rooting for Zhuchengtyrannus, shifted to oxalaia towards the middle for some reason...but knew Zhucheng would pull it out towards the end. Again, amazing job.

Thanks Carno. I had Zhucheng get knocked out so that he wouldn't be the ONLY one to get a kill, but I'm pretty sure he did it the most badass.
