After Patel took over Ingen, and announced they were rebuilding Jurassic Park, now known as Jurassic World; I tried so hard to be the Park Biologist. It was my favorite subject in school. I took every test they gave me and passed with flying colors. I was first an assistant to Dr. Wu, but slowly made my way up to Head Biologist in two years.
The Patel Corporation immediately sent me to Isla Nublar to start cataloguing species that already lived there. I also started engineering other species. It was hard work, it took five years. At the end of the five years Jurassic World was finished.
In June of 2015 I was told Mr. Hammond was coming for an inspection. We all were supposed to meet him in the Visitor Center’s kitchen. Me and the other staff went there and waited for him and Mr. Patel. We were waiting for them for awhile, but it wasn’t bad, we talked and had fun. We ate some food while we waited and it was amazing.
When Mr. Patel and Mr. Hammond came in I rushed to the wall with all the other staff. When we were all at the wall Mr. Hammond said, “Do you invest as much time Training your staff as you do Training dinosaurs?" purposely trying to sound like a jerk. Mr. Patel introduced me and the other staff to Mr. Hammond. “John, this is Dr. Kent. He is our head biologist here and is responsible for most of our species being genetically engineered.” I said nothing. “Eric, are you okay?” said Patel. “Yes, yes I am. Nice to meet you Mr. Hammond,” I said. “It is my pleasure, Dr. Kent. I would like to see his research first Patel, if you don’t mind,” said Hammond. “Not at all,” said Patel.
“Well, we have been engineering more Triassic species. Finding DNA in mosquitoes is tough, but we have managed to engineer a few species, including a Gojirasaurus and a few Coelophysis’s,” I said. “Nice work Dr. Kent,” said Hammond. “We have also engineered more species then we had before, such Allosaurus and Styractosaurus,” I said. “Very impressive,” said Hammond.
“We have also made a few advancements on the reengineering of Dinosaur DNA. We have gotten rid of the frog DNA, because the 1993 incident. We have replaced it with lizard DNA that way they can’t spontaneously change gender. We have also have gotten much more adapt at reading which specie’s DNA we extract,” I said. “Wow! It looks like you have made many improvements that would fix the problems we had when we first park,” said Hammond.
Just as he said that one of the Park’s guards rushed and said, “Dr. Kent, one of the Carnotaurs has broken out of his enclose, and he’s heading towards the gate.” “Please tell me it’s not the big one,” I said. “It is sir,” he replied. “Quick some darts and fill them with 220 CCs of tranquilizers. Get to the tower barricade and fire them at the base of the skull, only the base of the skull. It won’t work anywhere else. It should put him out in a minute or two. If not shoot him again. I will arrange transport for it once it is down,” I said.
“Oh no, it’s happening again.” Hammond said. “Don’t worry John, we have prepared for this. We have many improvements since the first park.” Patel said. “The fence is much more powerful than the old ones.” “Well then, how has the Carnotaur escaped?” Hammond shot back. “We are still working out the kinks. It’s like every new park. It has problems before and when the park opens.” Patel replied.
The guard returned 10 minutes later. “The Carnotaur is down by the gate,” he said. “Thank goodness. I sent the containment truck for him. Have the others escaped?” I said. “No, they were tranquillized them before they left their enclosure. They are being moved as we speak to their temporary living closures,” he said.
“You see John, we are extremely prepared. We have everything under control. Nothing will go wrong,” Patel said. “In light of recent events, I would like to see the Game Warden,” Hammond said. “You mean Hamada. You will be very impressed with him,” Patel said. “Sorry about the events of today. I hope we meet again Mr. Hammond,” I said. “It’s alright; it’s not your fault. We will meet again. Good day, Dr. Kent,” said Hammond. “Good day, Eric,” said Patel.

MemberCompsognathusMay-10-2014 9:22 PMThanks. I originally was going to have an Allosaurus, but I thought Carnotaurus would be cooler. And yes that's what I was leading up to.
