Dilophosaurus
Dilophosaurus was a predator from Early Jurassic North America. It was about twenty feet long and nearly one ton in weight, likely about eighteen hundred pound. It has been debated as to wether or not Dilophosaurus was poisonous, but it was still an impressive predator.
*Delta's poison crest theory shall be used for this situation.

Dryptosaurus was a primitive Tyrannosaur from Late Cretaceous North America. It was about twenty feet long and twelve hundred pounds in weight. It had large arms, an unusual feature in Tyrannosaurs, but common in primitive Tyrannosaurs.
Begin!
A Dryptosaurus is looking for food. He's wandered far out of his territory, but food has been scarce since Nublar was bombed, only a few places not being destroyed. One place was somewhere that nothing, from the smallest raptor to the largest Brachiosaurus didn't dare go, the mountain in Rexy's paddock. The other was where the Dryptosaurus is heading. He found what he was looking for, the original Dilophosaurus paddock, and immediately went on full alert.
He walked past a Jeep, and saw something in it. He got a closer look and only saw a skeleton, a human skeleton, so he continued walking. He hadn't noticed the Dilophosaurus sleeping in the back seat.
The Dilophosaurus, which had slept in the Jeep ever since he killed Nedry, sensed the Dryptosaurus and slowly climbed out. He was full grown now, so instead of being able to spit poison, he can only bite and allow poison to seep from his crest and through his teeth to poison a victim. He has seen his poison's full effectiveness can kill something roughly his size within a half hour, twice his size in two hours, and anything bigger is sluggish for a while.
The Dilophosaurus slowly crept up behind the Dryptosaurus, awaiting the perfect moment to attack. He had stepped on a twig, and the Dryptosaurus had turned around. The Dilophosaurus ducked and wasn't seen, and the Dryptosaurus quickly hid, knowing if it was after him it would walk past. The Dilophosaurus continued after a moment of hesitation, and didn't see the Dryptosaurus anywhere.
A sudden rustling in a bush got his attention, and he went to check it out. He quickly realized it was a rouse, but it was too late, and the Dryptosaurus jumped from a nearby rock, landing on the Dilophosaurus and knocking him off balance. The Dryptosaurus started biting and slashing the Dilophosaurus, causing some bleeding and deep cuts. The Dilophosaurus got a bite in before kicking the Dryptosaurus off, and only a small amount of poison got into him. The Dilophosaurus knew it would only be a matter of time, but he knew it could take a while and attacked.
He slashed the Dryptosaurus in the side and tried to bite it again. The Dryptosaurus knew that the Dilophosaurus had something planned, and jumped out of the path of the Dilophosaurus's bite. He bit the Dilophosaurus in the crest and pulled. The Dilophosaurus managed to counter the Dryptosaurus's attack and keep his crest in tact. The Dilophosaurus tried to bite the Dryptosaurus again, and got a good bite to the neck. Poison seeped into the Dryptosaurus, and it could feel the effect already.
The Dryptosaurus fought free, and then the poison took effect, paralyzing him within five minutes. The Dilophosaurus watched his opponent die, and the ate.
Winner...... Dilophosaurus

Larger, stronger, and poisonous gave Dilo an edge in this battle.
