Colossusstellio Patagonias- Latin for "Colossal Lizard of Patagonia"
Sorry, I just HAD to do that...
Thunder Titan reminds me of a nickname since it has big thighs why don't we nickname it " thunder thighs" don't worry it isn't the name we are naming it just a funny nickname
also when I mean we're not naming it that I don't mean brontotitan I mean we're not naming it thunder thighs
BrontoTitan sounds like a good name
How about Brontosaurus or Brontotitan?
I know what you're thinking, Brontosaurus never existed, and it's an outdated name. But it is still a cool name, and since the original Brontosaurus has been disproven, the name has not been used to name anything.
Think about both names. Brontosaurus = Thunder Lizard. Brontotitan: Thunder Titan.
Both are powerful names for this new giant.
Another wonderful chapter, and finally some ACTION!! That roar of hers is really something!
You're certainly the best writer on this forum (but that's only me).
Incredible as usual SOMETHING REAL!! Keep it up!
colossititan sauropodis
giant Titan sauropod
Nice name.
Alphasaurus patagonias- beginning lizard of Patagonia
Magnasaurus argentinias- large lizard of Argentina
Patagotitan colossus. The colossal, patagonian titan. I'm totally not obsessed with dinosaurs that have 'titan' in their name.
I've never heard about this guy. Very interesting.
I really like all the details that you put into your stories. Who else would've thought about making a chapter just about the testing of the weapons and who else would be able to make it this good (that might be just because you know a lot about guns, who knows)?
Great job. I just can't wait for the next one. Awesome cliffhanger.
Hope you don't mind, I went and took care of the pic for you :)
Another excellent fight, Rex Fan! Interesting gator vs. python pictures. Also, the Sarcosuchus could win easily on land. I saw this documentary saying how without legs and its size, Titanoboa would have a hard time moving on land. Crocodilians can maneuver easily on land.
Seriously? What's the point of of arguing? You look like bloody children. Both of you, quit it. You both bring up good points, but it's not doing anything.
New logo says modern use, but faded paint says flashback. It'll be interesting to see what it gets used for. What are the odds that NOBODY (government, employees, etc) knew about it, except Hammond and the maker? That could void the "get rid of EVERYTHNG from the old park" attitude maybe.

Thanks. I'm always looking forward to posting these.
You're welcome. It does make sense that a heavier weapon would have less recoil because it would be (for example, this could be any calibre) 50 grains of power exploding and pushing 7 pounds into your shoulder, or it could be pushing 5 pounds into your shoulder. Same weight, pushing different amounts, it would need to push harder to have the same kick as the 5 pound rifle/shotgun.
Good job as usuaul. Looking forward to the next one.
A Sharps? You mean the rifle they used to take Buffalo at 800 yards back in the 1800's? Those things are so cool. They're a .40 cal if I'm not mistaken. They fire a 700 grain slug at just over 1000 FPS, and Billy Dixon used one to kill a native chief at over a mile to save his hunting party. No scope, no ballistics computer, just plenty of experience.

Hatsan is a brand that makes rifles and shotguns. This is the particular model I'm looking at. It weighs about 7 pounds. Heavier guns absorb more recoil than light guns, which is why you'd actually be better off getting a gun in the 7 pound range as opposed to the 4 or 5 pound range (they actually make shotguns that light, and it wouldn't matter to me, I can fire a 12 gauge with one hand).
I wonder if the Patel Corp isnt as well of as we think they are, and where Hammond spared no expense, they try to get the most out of their dollar i.e. re-using the boat above from the origional park.
I'm in no way a boat expert, but it does look quite modern still considering its age (apart from the peeling paint of course) - I wonder if they are going to pass it off as a modern boat in the movie? Who knows at this point though apart from the movie crew, cant wait to see what comes of this movie and like to read all the speculation above, really gets the imagination going on what they do in the movie. I am looking forward to any possible flashbacks I must admit, it would be great nostalgia to see a wrecked/abandoned park - would bring back memories from 1993 :)
