My hopes for this movie kep growig by every post like this. If this is truly legit which it appears to be then the movie is going to make my summer in 2015. This will be what saves the francize and inspire another generation to becme involved in paleontology.

I see biased Rex fans and Spino fans [not much on these forums of each]. If you ask me whats my favourtie things in life, 1. Religion, 2. Family,  3.Godzilla, 4. T rex AND Spinosaurus

Spino and Rexy are tied for me. Both are equally awesome dinosaurs. So the point is that this fight can go 50/50, if its largest Trex vs Largest Spino its still 50/50 because we dont know enough of these dinosaurs to make a judgement so technically all of this is fan fic with some of it being true. In my opinion I would hope Rex wins.

I know, it's just that Rex Fan said he'll only let Storm enter unless he wouldn't die. But next time that exception will not be allowed for anyone, incluind Storm. It's just that I wanted as much contenders as possible.

I really don't think rexy will return. As Sci-fi king said, Patel probably killed off the original dinosaurs, assuming the original park wasn't bombed, and although they might've missed a handful of raptors or compy's, but not a T. rex. Bottom line is,

REXY IS DEAD

I don't wan't her to be dead, but out of the choices available (island was bombed dead rexy, rexy died of old age (unlikely seeing as we currently believe that t. rexes lived until 30), Patel declared open season on the original dinosaurs killing rexy, or rexy some-crazy-how managed to live somehow.) it is highly likely that rexy is dead.

If they do bring her back though, she needs a themesong, might I suggest this:

There are not necesarily over 100 species of dinosaurs in the park so far. On the cruise part, it only says "prehistoric creatures" not dinosaurs. Gorgonopsids anyone?

Evacuated? But you said it yourself, it a fight to the death, only one will survive. Ergo, Strom would still be in it going by that. Oh well. The way I picture it, they wouldn't be able to escape anyway because I imagine it as a virtual reality type thing, where if they die in this "game" they just lose and could try again another time. Ever hear of those things? I hear they're fun. A simulator, that what I was thinking, as, you said it is a simulation. Dead in the fight, not actually dead though. At this point, I'll shut up, I'm just rambling now.

Yea i guess that would most likely be the case, either that or in JW they will mention the events of JP and say what they did since then.

And people rebuild places after things like that happen all the time, i mean, look at the towns that have been destroyed by tornadoes and people rebuild the town after that.

Well it was never mentioned in the movie at all, so they are oging to take it as a it never happened sort of thing.

They never showed it in the movie which is what made me concerned, they maybe did, but they just didnt show it. So i just went off of the book to kinda realate what might have happened after they had that helicopter trip back to the mainland.

S-Rex, it was in the book version in which they bombed the island. Even then, soem of the dinosaurs still survived and just simply migrated to other islands. Also, Jurassic World takes place from how the movies went, so Isla Nublar was never bombed in the movie world.

They bombed Nublar after the first movie or something, so Rexy is obviously dead. Now about D-Rex's roar, i think it will be more like the T-Rex roar, as the better roar shows up more in genetic mutations.

To answer your question, i would like to refer to that episode of Family Guy when Peter recites (in his own way) how three Stephan King books made into movies were like. The movie in particular im referring to is the Shawshank Redemption. At the end of that episode, it shows Cleveland who is playing the role of Red and Peter who is playing the role of Andy. Cleveland goes to the place Peter told him to go to, which is in the middle of countryland, and reads a letter from him there and mentions in the letter that if he is reading it, the place where he is at if he is reading it, that place may be a Wal-Mart by now. 

What i am getting at is the world is just changing so radically and everybody is running to catch up ;)

Ive wanted this occupation my entire life, literally since i was 2. It was at first just regualar paleontology, but then i realized i prefered the study of prehistoric life over digging up the dinosaurs (which dont get me wrong, i would do it in a heart beat as well) but paleobiology seemed more like my thing.

personally i can't wait till the kenyan abelisaur is described. I guess initial reports put it at 11-12 meters and 5-7 tons!

@ S-Rex you'll like it. Bout as rewarding as a course there is to take, really.

Keep in mind the "original" was created in the early 90's, so it's not going to look as up to date or what have you as the one for JW. I think that's what we're seeing here, because they look pretty similar overall.

Well, it wouldn't get much profits if it catered the rich, so tickets would probably be about $50 a person, because the park would get around 10,000 visitors a day. That adds up to $500,000 a day. Plus, people would want to buy tickets for park attractions, pay for a hotel room, and buy souveniers.

We'll I think whatever artist made the map for jurassic world made a mistake.

Well, I'd expect the D. Rex to have akind of high pitched roar, along with snarls and hisses.

I don't believe that Rexy will return, as the original dinosaurs are probably dead, or Patel killed them off to make room for new dinosaurs.

Goldblum probably won't return.
