A family pack would be okay, But a pack consisting of more then 4 rexes, (with only maybe 2-3 adults and 1-2 juveniles/hatchlings) it would be too much to handle...

I'm a firm believer in the theory that Tyrannosaurus hunted in family packs. Now, for JP, I'd say no more than 2 or 3 adults. Chicks and juveniles are one thing, but if you have more than 3 adults, they could cause an extinction on the island.

I hope he pulls this off successfully...

Okay, this is the my next challenge After eating, I grab my spear and walk into the next challenge. To my despair, the next challenge was yet another herbivore. I'm tired, and the nothronychus, even though it sees me, ignores me. I get close, then try to jab my spear into its neck. The nothronychus sees this and swats the spear away. This time, I go for th belly, but the nothronychus swings its giant arm and hits me, cracking a few ribs. I'm sent flying into the marsh around me, my spear away. Then the nothronychus gets in between me and my weapon. I know that the herbivore is large, but slow, and I try to flank it. The nothronychus turns quickly and hits my shoulder with one of its giant claws. The blow sends me flying, and the claw cut deep and broke the bone. I'm not moving that shoulder much because it hurts so much. I pass out, and the nothronychus leaves me alone. I wake up in pain, but I'm still alive and in the contest. My shoulder is in great pain, but the bleeding has stopped. I get up and find my spear. The nothronychus is sleeping with its arm on the weapon, but in order to proceed, I need to kill the herbivore, which means I need a weapon. I have a better idea. I quietly walk over to where the nothronychus is sleeping, then i jump onto its neck, snapping it under my weight. The nothronychus doesn't feel a thing. It died too quickly. I grab my spear then sit down. My nap regained me a lot of strength, but I'm still in great pain. I have an apple, then a cold waffle. Thes drink some water and wait until I have to move on. You know the drill.

That looks awsome. I really want that to happen. I'm pretty sure that once the general public get to know this, they would be swarming to go to this park. I would at least, and I know everyone else on the jurassic park forum would too.

Yes, I do agree that T-Rex did hunt in packs but I think more than 2 would be too much for a movie like JP4, although it is a cool idea. If you were to focus the movie mainly on the T-Rex again then I could see them adding more to the pack but that was already kinda the story in The Lost World movie so that idea's scratched out, for now anyway. As long as there's at least one T-Rex in the movie I'll be happy.

A pair like in TLW would be ideal

There'd be too many rexes in JP4 for there to be a pack... I mean in the book I could handle the big rex and the juvenile, because juvenile rex was so unimportant to the story, but lets say i put 6 in jp4, and they're all important.... Its just too much chaos, we all like chaos (thank you ian) But, this is a giant force of power and if you abuse it.... it doesn't seem realistic any more

I always did think that T-Rex hunting in a pack is cool, but I never thought of it for JP4. If it is done right, it could be cool, just like a Rex/Spino alliance to take out the new terrifying dinosaur (if it is big enough to be the main antagonist).

Do remember children, These were before all the CGI and actual model starting... so anywhere from the 18th century to the 20th century, these were probably drawn

Ah memories... I spent an entire summer playing it once, beat the game... then i let them all out and built a single exit... and let the dinosaurs have their meals.... :3 morbid I hope we see one (well come to think of it we will...) for jp4s release, and since it has something to do with restarting the park...

i hate how some people show pictures of spinosaurus with a very small or modest build, wish i was an artist to show how i think it looks, lol

I hear grunting up in the next challenge and it sounds fairly big. So I choose my trusty spear. Don't let me down spear. I walk into the next challenge to see yet another grazing herbivore. I'm really sad that I have to kill these gets, but I muster my nerves. I know that this one is going to be tough. I get close but the Ankylosaur doesn't care. Then I drive my spear right into its underbelly and it comes out the other side. I must have hit a gut because the Ankylosaur gives a great bellow, but even though I can tell it is straining to move, it can't do that much. I take the spear out and attack again. This time, I hit something hard and I realize its the Ankylosaurs ribs. I stabs bit to the left and puncture a lung. I keep stabbing until the Ankylosaur is dead. I'm tired though. And the stabbing took a lo out of me. I drunk some caffeinated drink, then powered down a full king size kit kat bar. May as well fight with candy. Next challenge on the next post.

Club me. That's what I said as I picked up my club to go into the next round. I saw the stigimoloch grazing off of some grass and I knew I had to kill it to move on. I wished I had chosen the sword to kill it quickly. I slowly and quietly crept up on it. I was downwind and the stigy aphasnt seen me yet. I crouch in some bushes, then spring up and swing my club down on the Stigy's lowered neck, it snaps and I move on, feeling bad about what I just did. Next challenge in the next comment,

After taking my break, I Grammy spear and run into battle screaming like a banchy. I lower my spear and run at the frightened Troodon, who is stunned by my screams at first. It comes to its senses and is to dodge, but it was too late. My spear penatrated deep into its heartand killed it. Once again, blood when everywhere, and I almost fainted. I pulled myself together and grabbed my spear. I was extremely glad to have it. I sat down and got a hit of water, then just sat there, planning my next move. Next challenge on the next post.

Basically, I agree with what x_paden_x said.

A take a short break. Eat a bagel, and drink sown water. I pick up my short sword, and go to the next battle. The velociraptor is on my instantly. It runs at me at 50 mph, and I barely have time to react before I'm jumped on by the raptor and I'm knocked over. The raptor didn't expect me to be knocked over and tumbles off of me. I get up in pain and swing myself around, catching the velociraptor's neck in my short sword. I hit the jugular and blood goes spraying everywhere. I close my eyes, it is a gorey sight, and I'm a bit queasy at the site of blood. I realize I'm bleeding two and I startup pant. I feel lightheaded and I go to sit down before the next challenge. I eat some food, drink some water, and rap my bleeding spots in a torn off piece of cloths. Next challenge in the next post.

I would like to have them, but I guess it won't fit in the context, unless its a new park, then you could go raptor crazy.

Giganotosaurus, powerful l bite (that's 2-3 cars coming from the bite. Everyone compares bites to T. rex. T. rex is just a super power bite, not a regular bite, so strong bite.) long arms. Dumb as a rock. Fast, agile, heavy (once again, not compared to T. rex) long, tall. T. rex, supercharged bite. Not very fast. Very smart. Small, yet strong arms. Heavy. Septic bite. I'd say most of the time, its a draw. They are both huge and powerful. T. rex might win a bit more times, but Giganotosaurus would infict more injuries. Leading rex to bleed to death.

The Oviraptor comes at me, I use my club to bash its head. Good reflexes, and a club can't be more than sixty lbs, light. The oviraptor isn't dead yet. It runs at me again, I swing my club,I miss. The oviraptor gets close but I kick it away. This gives me time to re swing my club and hit it on the neck, snapping it. Next challenge in the next comment.

That last part was sorta confusing, but the entire thing was great. I'm just going to assume that Cleo gave you most of your ingen file traits. I'm glad you didn't kill the Deltadromeus, and you did it in a spectacular way.

Giganotosaurus: Size, speed, agility, functioning arms, much longer skull, adapted to take on big prey, good eyesight, good smell, great hearing Tyrannosaurus: Greater bite force, binocular vision, slight intelligence advantage(t Rex has a small alligator-like cerebrum, Giganotosaurus had a relatively big but still small cerebrum, so both were in the kitten to alligator range) great smell, average hearing Giga has more advantages.

SPAS 12 is illegal in Canada, so that's the closest I can get to a SPAS. I think Franchi stopped making them back in the late 80's, s that's why their so rare.

we haven't even gotten any news about the scripts completion or the "leaked" plots authenticity... So this is nothing more than a rumor...

hmm... Spas 12 is one of the rarest tactical shotguns on the face of the planet... (JP origins is offering a screen accurate airsoft version for 100 bucks...) I'd like to buy one too just because its friggin awesome...

welcome to scified and jurassic park 4 forum... It would be nearly impossible to include it in JP4, For the velociraptors screen counterpart is too close to the utahraptor they won't have it in the film, they may mention it but it won't get any screen play because its too close and will create confusion... when you direct a movie or write a book, you have to explain every last detail and treat the reader/watcher like they know nothing... its just safer to say it won't appear because of the confusion
