The Utah raptor was basically a bigger and more terrifying species than the velociraptors. the question is, should these terrifying creatures be in Jurassic Park 4?

It would be nearly impossible to include it in JP4, For the velociraptors screen counterpart is too close to the utahraptor they won't have it in the film, they may mention it but it won't get any screen play because its too close and will create confusion...
when you direct a movie or write a book, you have to explain every last detail and treat the reader/watcher like they know nothing...
its just safer to say it won't appear because of the confusion
