Actually, it is known that T.rex could lift that much. No joke. It's arms may have only been 3 feet long, but they were heavily muscled. I know it sounds crazy, but it's legit :)

Here's some I like...

I don't think rex could lift that much, even if he could reach the object he's trying to lift with his two foot long arms. But let's not make another rex vs spino about this.

With seven foot, strong arms, spino could deffinatlry lift 800+.
