Raptors were implied in concept art, but not in the shooting script. No other dinosaur was on the ship except for Buck, and you can see his trashed containment cage on the deck when everybody inspects the wreckage. The narrative describes the T. rex going into a coma-like state due to the drugs Roland gave him, so the guys on the ship gave him something to counteract those effects, which woke him up and he went on a short rampage before he was somehow lured into the cargo hold.
There's no way a Megalodon could breach far enough out of the water to reach land... or even shallow water... it would probably just be able to get to its dorsal fin at the maximum... so the land scenario ain't happening.
I feel like you don't have to trash the sequels... except Fallen Kingdom. That... is not... Jurassic Park... at all... at least JP3 was reminiscent of Jurassic Park... Don't get me wrong, I'm all for original stuff... But I don't want a Dinosaur smiling like Barney while it rips someone's arm off, you know?

Liopleurodon was way too small to kill Meg, for crocs Purussaurus, Sarcosuchus, Rhamphosuchus, Deinosuchus, etc. stand the best chance, due to their size and agility, especially against a smaller or juvenile Mega. Pliosaurus, mosasaurus, livyatan, Carcharocles chubutensis, other Megalodon, and Tylosaurus could also win. There’s also some other creatures I’m forgetting.

I hope not tbh. I don’t see how they can keep the story going on beyond six movies. Plus the rights go back to Chrichton’s estate after JP6 so I’m not sure if they can make more.
My favorite one is the Spinosaurus!
Easy,the Sarcosuchus could walk on land and swim in the water,he is smaller,but maybe,the Megalodon might try to attack him for below and kick Sarcosuchus,and the both land on land,and the Sarcosuchus would eat the Megalodon,but your battle was still great!

I will say that a box jellyfish could defeat it,because a box jellyfish isn't extinct,for an extinct sea creature,i would say Livyatan Mellivei.Livyatan Mellivei looks like a giant whale with sharp teeth,it has the same hunting tactics as the Megalodon,so...it will be a good match-up,also they have similar sizes.And the box jellyfish could poison the Megalodon.
Xenotaris other than Kronosaurus what else could go toe to toe with meg?
I think that a mosasaurus has a good chance against a megalodon.

The Jurassic movies are already violent as is, what would a little bit of shown blood and guts add to the overall story?
This is some news I can definitely get behind. It's time we finally give this series the send-off it deserves.
I'm not sure how I feel about this at all. I want a more Mature themed Jurassic movie. I also want to see gore at least in one of these movies. Something closer to the novels would be splendid.

You make a good point. It really depends of how much hunting experience the Trex has had over its lifetime. But then again it could’ve easily gone the other way around for triceratops.
