Excellent, I always thought that the calculations had some kind of error (as i calculated it myself but thought that i was wrong) but thanks for clearing it up Carnosaur Anyway i am gonna do a new episode tommorow about Torvosaurus's Bite force which trust me is SHOCKING. Anyway I am loving your series keep up the good work :)
Ignoring the debate on the size, I think it looks great!
Hey Rex fan haven't seen you in a while.
Rooting for Z-Rex, but I like Tyrannotitan more than Suchomimus, so it could be worse ;)
Thanks everyone!!! Hopefullu chapter 1 will be posted soon.
Nice, was rooting for tyrrano
Nice job 401.
Good start can't wait to read more.
Great story, lots of detail. Can't wait for the next fight.
Thanks everyone, and Mr.Happy not really sure which one just added itinto the story. I do know that they don't fail much, but I wanted demon to survive so thata why the gun jammed. :)
Nice job, looking forward to chapter 1.
Nice chapter.
That said, of course I'm the one to ask this, bit what kind of gun? Military sniper rifles are built to high specifications, as is the ammunition, and jamming is the last thing one of those would do. I have a little $300 .22 LR and it hasn't jammed or misfired once in the 500+ rounds I've out through it.
That said, it's a story, I know.
Valley of Gwangi is incredible. I'd put that pretty high up there. The original King Kong, if we're simply counting movies "with dinosaurs".
OMG great work, congrats! And it's also really accurate with the stance, it's not as tall ad we thought previously. I like the weights, however 9 Tons might be too high just my opnion! But agian outstanding work, 10/10 ign.
The email isn't working for me either. It said the email had 'permanently failed' to send when I wrote down a list of what was wrong. Any way I can get into contact? Scifed seems to be very buggy for me and I run into a lot of technical issues just using the site.
Thanks!!! Hopefully chapter 1 will be posted tomorrow.
^ i see what you did ther paden
Anyways, good job with this! dunno how i just got around to reading it,, The end makes me wanna see more
dont call me kid! And my childhood and every Dino book I read
fine kid, what do you base 11 tons and 60 feet off of?
This is not a good debate carnosaur
who knows, but i do know Spinosaurus was a sizeable animal and the largest of its family group at around 50-55 feet in length, 8-11 tons in weight.
Dromaeosaurs were amongst the most sophisticated species of dinosaurs that ever roamed our little blue planet, and the smaller ones were almost definetly able to hunt in packs in order to take down prey much larger then themselves, smart in their own right
What the hell is this?
This is just static of birds talking.
Who are all you people!
I agree with Raptor.
What the hell were these morons talking about???
???
Well I put Spinosaurus at 55 Ft and Raptor intellgence as that of chimps and dolphins.
Mind = blown...
Down goes troll ;)
What about my Raptor intelligence argument? did that make sense? are we going to do raptor intel? Why is it called Jurassic world? Why is T.rex rex? Why is this that and that this? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK ANYMORE!
okay, if you say so.
Basing off of suchomimus(11 meters, 3 tons), which had a skull length of roughly 1.2 meters(4.2 feet) we can get a pretty accurate size of spinosaurus Aegyptiacus, who had a skul lroughly 1.5 meters in length
Spinosaurs show a 1:9/ 1:10 skull/ body length ratio.
4.9 x 9 yields ~ 44.1 feet TBL
4.9 x 10 yields 49 feet TBL
We don't have a femur for spinosaurus, so we can't really get a weight off of it that way.
Assuming it had approximately the same proportions of suchomimus tenerensis, isometrically scaling would provide a TBW of 8.765 tons.
Analysis completion: 44-50 feet in length, 7-9 tons in weight.
*Godzilla at 20,000 tons! Safe to call him "big man" i guess
*joke
OK ILL STP IF YOU WHANT BUT I DON'T THINK THE OTHERS WILL
LIES!!! TIS DA TRUTH I TELLZ YA!!!
