In that movie every dinosaur was an idiot.
Any hadrosaur would be fine with me. If there are no hadrosaurs in the movie.....RIOTS!
That's another hadrosaur to add to my list of herbivors. I really love hadrosaurs for there diversity and adapabillity and this is just more proof showing Hadrosaurs were some of the best apdated dinosaurs. :D
I would want to see the most ferocious dinosaur ever............
bambiraptor!!!!!
Dang, now I have to retype what I said in the one that was deleted.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Vastosaurus Rex was in the movie. It was an oversized T-Rex that didn't really have much of a role in the movie. It chased a person and three got killed by a giant ape. Way to over overpower the big gorilla. I hope the V-Rex does something in Skull Island, and I wouldn't be surprised if the sauropods were in it.
I removed the other copy of this post and re-opened this one. :)
X Paden, of course he will provide a link when the trailer hits. XD
You've got a double post here, so I'll just lock this one.
I agree with you. Also National Geographic agrees with you, here is a video they posted. Here is the link in case the video doesn't show.

...i just want to be a part of things. X(
yeah its real. if there taking things down its gotta be real
I think the idea about controlling raptors is interesting because it falls right in line with the major themes in the Jurassic Park films.
From the very beginning of the franchise man is trying to manipulate and control nature, harnessing it right down to the DNA of the dinosaurus themselves. But "life found a way". Jurassic Park didn't work and it was abandoned. Bringing the dinosaurs off the island didn't work in the second film and the T-Rex on mainland proved that these characters can't maintain control over the animals long enough to even get them from point A to point B properly. Again... "Life found a way."
The idea that humans are trying to control and tame raptors is amusing becuase there's no way it's going to work. They're going to turn on them no matter what. It's just another chance for the main themes of Jurassic Park to take over and for life to find a way. It's actually brilliant as long as the raptors do indeed turn on the characters and cause mayhem.
The original is of course my favorite film. It's the whole reason I got into the profession I did. Absolutely outstanding work of blockbuster artistry. It's a hard movie to top in general.
The sequel was an appropriate if not slightly overloaded movie, but it's a fun movie despite all of its faults.
I could say the same about the third movie, but the epic scope seems to have been robbed of the third film. It's production troubles were gruesome and I take that into consideration, but it's a far cry from both the first and second film.
I'll get to the fourth movie when I see it.
It was the most believable thing out there about JW yet, so I had little doubts prior to this. Now, I have no doubts.
"If we're gonna do this, we're doing it my way." I could see that becoming the JW equivelent to "Clever girl."
I agree with what's been stated. No doubt it could be a biped when it felt like it, but it most likely took a quadrupedal stance for the most part.
Well, I've nver thought of it that way...
Personally, I think Spinosaurus could switch from bipedal to quadrupedal when it wanted, but it would've probably been more comfortable walking on four legs. Apes can also move on two legs, but they usually don't. Spinosaurus would've probably been like this.
I guess so. And I was not shouting SPINOSAURUS it just autocorrects that way.
Spinosaurus had very strong arms and hands, so I don't see why it couldn't walk like that. As far as the gorilla comparison goes, sure they don't have claws, but the general position could be the same. And dinosaurs have many things in common with mammals(upright walking positions, warm blood, etc). Why couldn't this be a similarity too?
I'm not too sure if SPINOSAURUS had that the right muscles and bones to allow knuckle walking. Gorillas don't have claws so they don't cound as a good comparison. Sloths are better since they that've claws but this is a mammal and that is a reptile. Sloths don't use their claws like a SPINOSAURUS.
Extremely on the fence about this news. Not sure at all what to think. Thinking at the moment, raptors may be more controlled by some kind of microchip/sonic fence combo.
Indiana, just upload the image to Imgur, TinyPic or photobucket, then right click on the image itself and copy it, then paste it to the page here. Directly paste it onto the page, no need to choose any settings, it will size and center itself. If you need any help link it to me in a PM and ill post it for you. :)
Looks kinda like a muttaburuasaurus.
I saw this a while ago. It's still cool to get more information on it.

CARNOSAUR - What a very interesting animal! Thank you so very much for sharing this with us! :)
DINOBOY22 - How very compelling! I certainly find this to be interesting in the extreme; perhaps this will lead into a new series that can be sustained on its own merrits! Thank you so ver much for sharing this with us! :)
