Was The Spinosaurus Attack Film Studio ever a real LEGO set?

I recently remembered a lego set that I came across a few years ago. Now that I look back I question whether or not this set was ever legitimate.

Yes it was real. I didn't have this particular set but I did own other dinosaur sets that used some of the same pieces.
