Fight!
A family of five Daspletosaurus were on the hunt. The father, named Dread, spotted a lone Arrhinoceratops. His mate, Menace, bellowed towards the herbivore, stepping out of the shadows. The female Das caught the Arrhino's attention, as Dread snuck in from behind. Menace flashed her teeth as her mate charged, clamping down on the herbivore's neck and snapping it.
The five Daspletosaurus ate, throwing their necks back and swallowing pieces of meat. As Menace and the three offspring slept, Dread picked up the scent of another carnivore, and vanished into the forest. He scared away Troodon and Pachycephalosaurus, watching one of the former flee towards a bush. However, a set of jaws clamped down around the Dromaeosaurid, crushing it and killing it. Dread was filled with fear, as a large Siats, named Monster, revealed himself as the killer of the Troodon.
The alpha-Daspletosaurus roared at the Siats, getting the attention of the Neovenatorid. The two circled each-other, snapping their jaws and hissing. Monster made the first move, raising an arm and slashing at Dread's face. The Das bellowed before clamping down on the arm of the Siats, breaking it. Monster roared before sinking his teeth into the feathered neck of Dread, who jerked his skull back, ripping off his arm. The Siats roared as he let go, blood gushing from the stump.
Using his one remaining arm, he impaled his claws into Dread's shoulder, forcing him to bellow aloud. The Das chomped down on the shin of the Siats, leaving deep gouges in his right fibula. Monster could feel the teeth digging into the calcium-rich bone, as he screamed in agony, before biting down on Dread's back. Using his greater size, he shoved the four-ton Tyrannosaur into a rock head-first, dazing the Das.
Dread's vision blurred as Monster rammed his skull into his side, shoving him into the same rock. The impact broke two of his ribs, forcing him to coo in agony. The Siats then stomped his leg into his torso, smashing him through the boulder, which shattered as the Daspletosaurus crashed to the ground. His talons sliced through the feather-covered torso of Dread, who trilled in agony.
The Das rolled over, but this caused the claws of the Siats to slice his torso further, spilling blood everywhere. He chirped in pain as he clambered to his feet, ramming the chest of Monster with his skull. Dread then clamped down on his neck, before slamming him into a tree.
Monster reached for Dread's throat and bit down, wrenching him off and pushing him back. Blood dripped down the neck of the Siats as he clamped down on the upper-jaw of the Daspletosaurus, who moaned in pain. He swiped his claws, slicing his face, before swinging his head down and biting down on Dread's neck. He used the momentum to send the Tyrannosaur to the ground, breaking three more ribs.
Anger, and determination, filled Dread, as he roared with pure fury, raising his head. His jaws closed down around the stump of Monster's right arm, and he pulled himself up, simultaneously pushing the Siats down. The Daspletosaurus clamped down on his neck and threw him to the ground, before stomping on his neck and crushing it.
Having defeated his enemy, Dread roared in triumph as he looked to his now-awake family approaching, having been awoken by the sounds of the carnage.
Winner: Daspletosaurus
