Hi guys! Sorry if in this month I have been inactive as hell, but I had exams so it was very hard to post something...but now I'm back with an interesting new, enjoy ! :D

Just one year ago, in 2016, a new Tyrannosaurus specimen has been discovered in Hell Creek, in Montana.

It has been called "Tuft's Love Rex", 20 percent of the animal has been found: the skull which is one of the most complete ever found, 4 feet long and 2,500 pounds! It's pelvis and some vertebrae.

The entire animal is estimated to be 40 feet long and 15-20 ft tall at the hips, and it's quite terrifying the fact that this animal was not fully grow...a juvenile!                                                           If this animal was that big and was just a juvenile, this says it could have grown bigger than both Sue and Trix.

But the final question is how large this animal would have been if it didn't die at 15 years of age? most of studies and estimations make it look big like this

In my own opinion, this size is a bit unrealistic because for a tyrannosaurus of this size will not be easy to hunt, but if this size is the real one , the theory that Tyrannosaurus hunted Alamosaurus may have been true.

Tyrannosaurus was the only one theropod of it's time that was big enough to hunt Alamosaurus. If a normal 40 foot Tyrannosaurus would be a huge threat to Alamosaurus, a 45-46 ft long tyrannosaurus could take it down with bone crushing jaws; Alamosaurus wasn't too big for Tyrannosaurus too, the specimen near to the sauropod skeleton is slightly smaller than Sue.

For more informations, you can check on google or on youtube, on EBLazerRex65's channel.

Comment below of what you think about this big guy and feel free to correct me if I am wrong :)

It would likely be forty-five to fifty feet long had it grown to adulthood.

I can't believe I've never heard about this before!  This was one big teenager!!

However, I'm skeptical about how long it could have gotten if it survived to full adulthood.  If the average T.rex grew to a range of 38-41 feet by it's late teens or early twenties, then there isn't much evidence of it growing longer.  Heavier, yes, but not much longer.  Apparently Sue reached full length by the time she was 18-20, and she only coud have packed on the pounds, so I wouldn't be surprised that TL.rex barely got any longer.

Yes, apparently a very big guy xD also you could have not heard aboutbit because this has been publied recently even the discover is 1 year old.

I am pretty sure that a t rex could grow bigger than sue because sue was an average specimen.

This also supports my opinion that Tyrannosaurus rex was the largest theropod. My list was mostly weight-based.

@LordGladiator666, how do you mean average-sized?  Sue is one of the largest specimens found, and according to this, most T.rex specimens found were less than 12 m in length.

Well , sue is not max size, mostly average, max iaze could read 15 meters long, also there could be other giant specimens out of there

^So, you won't use "average" in a statistical sense?

I will use average more as "normal size" , sue is an example how a tyrannosaurus size is, but there are chances that a rex can grow bigger than that.
