MemberCompsognathusFeb-23-2017 10:15 PMThe Expeditioner’s Discovery Guild looks at the living world and strives to bring to you our findings and hypotheses for your criticism. This association strives to cover the sciences of Biology, Botany, Zoology, Geology, Mineralogy, Paleontology, and speculations that surround Cryptozoology, Xenobiology, Astrobiology, and Speculative Evolution.
Biology- The study of life
Zoology- The study of animals
Botany- The study of plant-life
Geology- The study of the Earth and its processes
Paleontology- The study of ancient life
Cryptozoology- The study of organisms for which evidence of existence is inadequate (Not a real science)
Xenobiology & Astrobiology- The study of extraterrestrial life (fictitious) and the study of the search for extraterrestrial life, respectively
Speculative Evolution- Speculation on how a certain genetic line may evolve over time
Our association focuses mainly on solid sciences and occasionally delves into fictitious sciences to prove, disprove, and approve.
Our team here at the Expeditioner’s Discovery Guild continues to bring you only the most accurate and scientifically acceptable information and speculations that can be created. Over the timespan of this project you will learn through videos, presentations, talk-seminars, and info videos about the Earth, its composition, the life that lived and still lives on it and speculations on the future of Earth and other life carrying bodies in the universe.
As of now, we have a Youtube channel; Here we upload videos periodically about either a specific organism from the past, present, or possible future or a broader topic, like; taphonomy, the science of science, etc.
Our Youtube channel also hosts a segment in which the audience can ask any question about any science topic and the explanation will be translated into a video.
Our main website hosts a few of our sister associations, like; Paleo Rift, Primal Rift, and Glacier Rift. These sites are catalogues of Earth’s extinct species and will continue to expand as new discoveries are made.
As our association seeks to bring science to the minds of everyone, especially younger people, we try to take part in activities and events at schools and museums, and our documentation of these events can also be found on our social media locations.
