MemberCompsognathusAug-17-2016 8:09 AMI have been hearing rumours about 10 meter+ abelisaurs, so I did some investigating and wrote this article: Giant Abelisaurs
Included are Ekrixinatosaurus novasi, "Titanovenator kenyanensis", and two new taxa that I have unofficially dubbed "Errachidiasaurus giganteus" and "Libyacolossus ingens". I am curious to see your thoughts and opinions on the matter.

A 12 metre abelisaurid would be an amazing thought, but the closest we came to see that was in Disney's Dinosaur and Jurassic World...

MemberCompsognathusAug-17-2016 8:01 PMThe problem with Titanovenator is that it only has a brief and vague extract to describe it. It doesn't even explain how the 11-12 meter estimates were reached. Errachidiasaurus and Libyacolossus both have papers describing them, and explain how their estimates were calculated.
