How do you think the Park would expand and add new attractions if it opened? What would it do when Hammond died?
Personally, I think it would go down a similar path to Jurassic World, with new attractions opening every few years and possibly stores and restaurants from other companies.

On to your topic: if an actual Jurassic Park opened somewhere in the world, I would be at once thrilled and terrified! The implications alone would be enough to keep me awake for nights on end! :)
