My Final Fight: Tyrannosaurus Rex vs Acrocanthosaurus

This is it, the end.

Deep in the swamps of Cretaceous North America, a lone Alpha Tyrannosaurus Rex prowls. This Alpha Tyrannosaurus Rex goes by the name, "Tyrance" and he has one hell of a story.

Tyrance made his journey through the swamp, passing over small hills, through water ways, and finally ending atop a large mountain. Tyrance gazed over the mountain, attempting to see if any herds were moving by in his direction- he was unable to see anything, so he continued his journey down the mountain. He at-least needed to get out of the swamp.

As Tyrance walked down the mountain, he began to dwell back to one year ago, when tragedy struck.

*One year prior*

In a thick conifer forest, a pack of four Tyrannosaurus Rex prowl for a meal. This pack is lead by an Alpha male known as Tyrance, him and his Alpha female will lead their pack to greatness, they hoped they would. Tyrance signaled for his pack to follow him, an un-countable amount of sharp pine-needles covered this conifer forest, they could pierce even the Tyrant's skin.

Following him through the forest, the pack finally reached a resting point. A large plains lie ahead, blocking them from reaching their destination, they had no idea where they were going and or what lied in their destination which was another conifer forest. Tyrance bellowed to the pack to wait, he then pressed through the plains, attempting to smell any and all herds- he did just that and a herd of Anatotitan were just about to pass by, this was his chance.

Tyrance ordered the Alpha female to wait by his side and when the time was right, they would strike. The Anatotitan herd passed by, walking ever so slowly across the plains, they didn't know of what was watching them. Tyrance watched with his hawk vision, a sniff, one gaze, a strike! Tyrance and the Alpha female bellowed and leaped from their seating, sending the Anatotitan into shock. Tyrance ran down the hill at his top speed of 27 miles per hour. He dashed and dashed more bellowing all through out to attempt to send fear and shock through the Anatotitan's body. As Tyrance ran, he noticed a member straying from the pack, unable to keep up- this was the target. Tyrance ran with all his might and was finally close to the weak member, with one full bite he clamped on to the Anatotitan's neck, and broke it with the force of 22,000 pounds.

The two Alpha's hunt was finished, they carried the Anatotitan to the pack and feasted for the night, in the morning they would continue their journey. Tyrance woke to the sound of pterosaurs chirping, he awoke the pack, morning had come and their journey must continue. Walking through the rest of the plains the team made their way towards the conifer forest, this would have been their nesting grounds. The powerful sun made the ground incredibley hot, and not even a breeze rushed by as the team walked through the forest, finally reaching their destination. The edge of a cliffside, they would rest here, no real predators could reach them and if they did Tyrance would eradicate them- he didn't know what they were going to be facing.

The team began to fall asleep at the edge of this cliffside, but Tyrance couldn't sleep, a daunting scent had caught him, and he was worried a predator was nearby, he had to stay alert. Tyrance left the group for a drink of water by a nearby river, as he drank the water however, the same scent came back to him. He lifted his massive head up and attempted to smell again, but the scent was gone.

Tyrance began to believe he was going insane, so he returned to the pack and lay down to rest- he wasn't going to be able to do that. 

Tyrance closed his eyes, but in an instant, a movement in the bushes was heard. Tyrance stood up immediately, he woke up the entire pack and signaled for them to stay alert. The movement in the woods happened again, this time followed by seismic shocks on the ground. Tyrance believed this to be a herd of Alamosaurus passing through, but he knew what those creatures smelled like and the scent he was smelling wasn't them.

Tyrance had enough, he bellowed loudly so any and all predators could hear his kingly roar. Flocks of pterosaurs soared through the sky, worried that Tyrance was preying on them. Tyrance looked directly ahead, a ominous shadow grew larger and larger, even taller then Tyrance himself.

Out came the demon who had been stalking them. A creature, taller then any Tyrannosaurus lie directly ahead staring at Tyrance demonically. The demon had a body colored pure silver, with a gold underbelly, long hands with four fingers each equipped with jagged claws, and crude horns protruding out of nearly every side of it's body. Tyrance bellowed at the demon, but it didn't bellow back, it wasn't afraid at all. The creature inched closer, and this worried Tyrance. He ordered the pack including the Alpha female to wait and let him handle it, and from their he charged the being.

Tyrance rammed into the Demon, it let out a psychotic screech before clawing Tyrance's skull sending him into agonizing pain. Tyrance grabbed the creature on it's hands attempting to rip them off. The being bellowed as if it was laughing through all of this, it then proceeded to claw the inside of Tyrance's mouth before throwing him aside.

Tyrance lay unable to move after such a beating. The demon walked towards Tyrance and prepared to finish him; it's hands looked almost like pinchers and it prepared to stab Tyrance's throat, but just as it did this the Alpha female charged the creature and rammed it into a pine needle.

The demon let out a bellow before grabbing the female's massive skull and throwing her into a rock. The other two in command charged the demon and grabbed it's leg; the creature grabbed both of them and smashed their vertabrae with it's elbow, killing them.

The female, now in shock charged the demon. She clamped onto it's leg and flipped it on it's side, the creature bellowed before clawing her head profusely and smashing it into a boulder. The Alpha now immoblized had nothing left that she could do, and Tyrance could only watch as the demon lifted her up preparing to kill her.

The creature prepared to kill the female before stopping, it caught a scent of pheromones coming from both her and Tyrance- it decided that this was Tyrance's Alpha female. The creature then proceeded to walk towards Tyrance, it bellowed psychotically and showed the Alpha female to Tyrance, attempting to torture him one last time before snapping her neck.

This creature had single handedly killed all the members in Tyrance's pack, he was the sole member. Deep within himself Tyrance found the rage to stand up, he got on his feet and bellowed before charging the Demon with all his might.

Tyrance rammed into the creature sending it backing up, he then proceeded to clamp on to it's neck, crushing with 22,000 pounds of force. The demon began to bleed, when it saw the blood it bellowed angrily and pushed off Tyrance; from their it grabbed Tyrance's neck and lifted him into the sky. Lightning struck in the background as the creature carried Tyrance to the edge of the cliff, it looked at the Alpha one last time with it's demonic red eyes before throwing him off the cliff.

Tyrance landed in deep water, which saved him from certain death. He swam to the surface and reached a nearby land mass, he couldn't believe with what just happened and from that day determined if he ever saw that creature again, he would kill it or die trying.

*Present Day*

Tyrance bellowed sadly as he thought of the horrible events that had befallen him, he looked into the distance, a herd of Anatotitan was passing by, he was determined to get a meal- it would make him feel better. Tyrance charged down the mountain, he was now in a thick mesa covered in rich red clay, he walked towards the herd maintaining his cover through all of it.

He walked to the top of a small clay hill and prepared to ambush the herd, but his plans were halted as the mountain began to crumble under his weight sending him sliding down, and also alerting the herd to his presence. Tyrance had no other choice, he charged the herd bellowing madly; running at his top speeds Tyrance watched closely for any members who were falling behind, he saw a straggler, the time was here. Tyrance charged with his max speed of 27 miles per hour, he clamped down with his un-matched bite force on the Anatotitan's neck, cracking it in less then 5 seconds of the hold.

Tyrance put his foot atop of the prey, he looked into the distance and watched the herd run, it gave him pleasure, assuring his position as the top of the food-chain. Tyrance ravaged his meal, he ripped out entire chunks of meat and swallowed them whole, one of these meat chunks was 310 pounds, he swallowed it with no problem. Blood dripped down Tyrance's massive jaws, he had ate to his heart's content and lay down to rest. As Tyrance rested however, his scent caught something in the distance, could it be the demon that killed his whole pack? Tyrance stood up and watched a nearby clay cave, out came a Acrocanthosaurus, it had been watching him and was determined to get his meal.

Tyrance bellowed at the Acrocanthosaurus, and it bellowed back; they were both Alpha predators and at the top of the food chain, Tyrance knew he was going to have to battle for this carcass. The Acrocanthosaurus inched closer and stared at Tyrance, and Tyrance stared back, one sniff, a final gaze, a strike!

The Acrocanthosaurus charged Tyrance and rammed into him sending him on his side, it then proceeded to claw his side. Tyrance kicked the creature off before standing up and clamping onto the creatures massive spine, ripping off a piece of the vertabrae. The Acrocanthosaurus bellowed in pain before clawing Tyrance's massive jaw, Tyrance retaliated with a bite to the creatures neck. The Acrocanthosaurus bled profusely before pushing Tyrance away, the Acrocanthosaurus grabbed Tyrance's neck and held on.

The Acrocanthosaurus, still holding on to Tyrance grabbed a medium sized rock and smashed Tyrance's head profusely with it. Tyrance twirled his massive body around, this smashed the Acrocanthosaurus into the side of a clay cliff, breaking it's skin profusely.

Tyrance bellowed in pain before squeezing out of the grip and biting the creature's enlarged spine again; Tyrance held onto the spine with all his might, unable to reach his max bite-force of 22,000 pounds as the Acrocanthosaurus escaped the grip before he could. The Acro charged Tyrance and smacked his head profusely, Tyrance smashed the Acrocanthosaurus's skull with his massive skull sending the creature into a severe daze. Tyrance, the Alpha Tyrannosaurus grabbed the Acrocanthosaurus's neck and finally clamped on with 22,000 pounds of pure force, breaking the creatures neck- he had won.

Tyrance threw the dead Acro down, blood dripped down his jaws and neck- but he was going to be okay. Tyrance returned to the Anatotitan carcass, he ripped out another large piece of flesh and swallowed it. However, his pleasure was halted, as a blinding light in the sky pulsated through the whole earth. Tyrance covered his eyes and watched as the light began to fade, a flaming boulder was all that he could see- his skittish alpha senses told him to run away in another direction, he did just that hoping to escape any potential danger, he had no idea what was coming.
