In a recent study, they found that Stegosaurus tails were very flexible, and so that pose is definitely possible. However, it is still not dragging. It even appears to be standing up or rearing a little. People simply complain too much.

I'll rephrase my statement and just chalk it up as a maybe. It's more-so the almost vertical position of the base of the tail in the video that's making me speculate. Perhaps it's the camera angle.

@Sci-If King25 If you didn't know already some of the dinosaur pictures shown on the Jurassic World website are not the actual CGI renders that are going to be used in the film. You can tell just by looking at them that they are just drawings and not CGI renders like the T.Rex or pteranodon for example.

It could be a placeholder. Owens' Raptor sqaud had place holder textures when they were being animated, anyways. We learned that from the leaked trailer months back.

The stegos will not differ much from TLW stegos, and they certainly were not draggers.
