Rexy - After The Incident (Prolouge)

She panted in exhaustion and bleeding from her wounds. She had eliminated her competition, but what about the others who had left in a hurry? She ignored the fact and made of the jungle, carrying a rather large raptor in her mouth.

The sun set as she arrived at her new territory with the dead raptor. She dropped it to the ground and and ate it as she hear a distant sound. She rose her head and looked for the origin of the noise, only to see a helicopter fly by toward the ocean. She always wondered what was beyond that great body of water.

She finished consuming her kill and went for a drink at a nearby river, cleaning of the blood of her kill and her own. She then went for a resting place to sleep off the sore pain of her wounds. As she fell asleep, the jungle fell silent. Only the Brachiosaurs of the inner island could be heard. She felt ever so content. She had claimed her own kingdom.
