MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 4:18 AMNow that We can confirm that Jp3 was canon, do you think we'll see or hear about the Hybrid spino? Knowing ACU "Cleaned" up the Pteranodons, maybe they also got signed to cleanup any hazardous dinos in the island? Or even a capture?

MemberTyrannosaurus RexFeb-11-2015 11:31 AMTUROK - Welcome to SCIFIED! It is always quite agreeable to see new faces! Getting to you question: it is still uncertain as to whether or not Spinosaurus will make an appearance in Jurassic World. Naturally, I would love to see that animal within the film; however, it may be that we only get a skeleton. As an aside, I find it interesting that you used the word "hybrid" to describe Spinosaurus. May I ask why? It is very compelling to me! Regardless, thank you so much for presenting this interesting question and, once again, welcome to SCIFIED! :)

MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 11:31 AMI sincerely doubt that Spino will appear in the movie, aside from the skeleton we've already seen. It's possible, but at this point unlikely.

MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 12:15 PMBut that begs the question; if Spino is not in the movie then why did they bother to create Team Spino for the JW teams? Hey, gotta keep hope alive, right?

MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 12:38 PMSpinofan, you do understand that Universal doesn't own this site, right? Also, for the longest time it was only team rex and team spino, because JP/// was a thing.

MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 12:57 PMSOMETHING REAL- I think he said "Hybird" because it was so powerful and maybe thought it was more than a normal Dino.
We definitley will see a Spino skeleton and I think they might say it was the one on Sorna in the third, And we'll see how the Baryonyx looks compared to the Spino but I doubt we'll see a live Spino in Jurassic World.

MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 1:12 PMWhen I meant hybird, is because I believe since all the dinos are genetically altered in Nublar and Sorna, I feel like Ingen never intended to make Spino as he came out. Either the belief that they where trying to make a Sucho but turns out She/he grew a sail, or that to complete the genetic code, they just simply put in sucho or baryonyx dna into the spino. Hence giving it an enormous change to the actual creature. The Pteranodons were mutants that had teeth, So there was more than just frog dna tampering.

MemberTyrannosaurus RexFeb-11-2015 1:42 PMNANO-REX3 and TUROK - Thank you both ever so much for the clarifications! I can definately see what you are getting at with the word "hybrid" - a very intelligent use of that word on your parts, I might add! Thank you for this very engaging conversation! :)

MemberCompsognathusFeb-11-2015 6:33 PMNo offense at all! Only reason Why I thought they wouldnt mention Jp3 was because it really didnt have to do anything with Ingen Or Hammond, except for the speech, but now that the ACannouncement happened, well, you know :)
