For the first one I will talk about Triceratops.

Here's how it looked in Jurassic Park,

here's how it looked in The Lost World

and here it is in Jurassic Park III.

As you can see, the ones in the 1st and 2nd movies look pretty much the same (you can't tell in the second movie, because it's nightime). But in the 3rd film (top right corner of the image), theyre green with some sort of white design on the faces, and some have a white design along their backs. As far as I know, there is no explanation for the colouring in the 3rd one, perhaps they are a subspecies (because they are on a different island). I will post another version soon, with a different dinosaur.

By looking carefully at the TLW images, it looks slightly similar to the JW design. I agree with the JPIII thing.
